Chapter 26 - Chapter 5: To All Hero’s.

Akira stayed for while alone until Morgan came back in, but with someone behind her. "Who's this?" "He's a Messenger from a noble man in the town and apparently he's been hiring hero's from across the kingdom for a job." "How many have already been summoned?" The messenger respond. "14 and if you accepted then it will be 15." Akira thought about for a bit. "Alright will be there just give us a map of where to be." Messenger bowed and left. "So you want to take the job?" "Yes, but not just for the money, but for the reason of another powerful noble behind us with a debt." Akira knew Arthur was yet to take his revenge and as much as he hated the asshole he didn't want to kill him if he didn't have to. "So in since just like we did before?" "Correct." During their ten day journey they had been hired by three nobles for a couple of jobs these nobles payed them well and said that if they needed anything they would back them. "So if we help him..." "It would be another noble in our back pocket." "But this whole things a gamble in of itself for all we know this noble is alined with Axel's and what then?" "Will just have to take that risk." Morgan nodded, but Akira could clearly see she was still upset. "Hey Morgan...." "Were back and we have food." Ella saw Morgan. "Oh there you are sorry we didn't know what you wanted so I got you a bean." "You got me a bean?" "Ya one solitary bean." "So you to huh?" "What are you talking about?" "It's nothing I need to get ready." Morgan left the room and Akira started to get up from his bed. "What was that all about Akie?" "It was nothing all that's important is to prepare we have a job." "We do oh good." "What is it?" "Will find out when we get there." "Well lets eat, but first." "First wha..." Before he could finish Ella started kissing him. Being close Akira could smell her perfume every second that he stayed like this his nose could only smell poppy's. They stayed like that for a minute until Ella finished. She had a big smile on her face and her tail was wagging faster then before. Akira was sort of thrown off by the whole thing so he had nothing to say he just stood there blushing. "You look so cute when your blushing Sojiro." All he could do was look away from her. "*gulp* I mean its not like that happens all to often." "Ah no fare!" Mia pulled Akira lower and planted a kiss on Akira's lips. "If anyones kissing him it should be his mate!" Akira was now complete out of words to say. "I think you took it to far tree I think he's broken now." "I a..I'm going to get ready." Both girls laughed as they left the room. Akira had a smile on his face, but had sorrow in his heart. "I only have two year left before the end, and I can't break their hearts to tell them." Outside the room Morgan stood just out of sight gripping her staff tighter hearing this and under her breath. "What is he talking about?" Akira walked out of room a few minutes later and Morgan stood there waiting for him. "Are you ready Morgan?" "Yes Ella and Mia Are waiting outside." "Good let's get going." As they walked out Morgan kept thinking how she had no idea what kind of person Akira was. At times he was kind hearted and did everything to keep those near him safe, but at others he was cold hearted and would never put others feelings into consideration as he had a tendency to never show emotion due to always wearing a straight face so reading him was difficult. A lot had happened in the short time they had been together and Morgan couldn't tell how even she felt. At times she seemed as if she knew, but she didn't know how to explain it. She also felt it would be a waste of time due to Ella and Mia being very clingy to him. She'd tried being like them, but it never ended the way she wanted and it was if Akira didn't see her as anything more then a party member that stay because of a debt and after before she knew that to be true. Still it didn't change how she felt instead of being anger she just felt saddened by it. "Hey come on you two a couch is waiting!" "A couch?" "Ya the noble sent it to pick us up." "Aright everybody in ladies first." Morgan an Mia climb in first followed by Ella and Akira with Morgan and Akira sitting across from each other and Ella rested her head on Akira's arm and closed her eyes. "Are you ok Morgan?" "Ya I'm fine Akira let's just get to the job." Morgan decide to lower her hood and Akira had noticed it again she had been keeping her hair draped over her left shoulder it wasn't much of a change, but some how it made Morgan look different some how. Morgan noticed his stares. "Do you want something?" "No sorry." "Ok." He had one thought 'has Morgan always look this beautiful.
