Starpaw looked at the corn field only to see Barney carrying Firestar out on his back. Firesar was full of blood and bites all around him. "There are still coming! You three hold them off!" ordered Barney. Starpaw growled and attacked the rats. "Yes! They're retreating!" yowled Starpaw. When Starpaw turned to look at Firestar. She had notice that Firestar was covered with even more blood now. "Oh, no! Firestar, are you okay?!" cried Starpaw as her leader didn't seem like waking up any moment now. "Ugh! Barney! You sent us into a trap!" growled Ravenclaw while he knocked Barney to the ground. "I-I didn't know that there was rats over there!" replied Barney. "Why did you send us here?!" questioned Ravenclaw. "The dogs. I didn't want them to-" mewed Barney. "The dogs were tied up when we past by earlier." hissed Ravenclaw. "The Twolegs untie them every night. THey stand on guard and protect its nest." yowled Barney. Ravenclaw was going to continue interogating Barney, but Starpaw yowled, "Ravenclaw! Firestar, is there anything we can do?" Ravenclaw looked at his leader and shook his head. "He is in the paws of StarClan, now" replied Ravenclaw. "I-Is she died?" asked Graypaw. Ravenclaw sat down looking at Firestar and with a sad face he meowed, "I'm not sure we must wait and see." All the cats gathered around Firestar waiting for him to wake up. "StarClan.." Starpaw mumbled, "Please, send him back to us.." Starpaw looked at the sky and saw a star. Which was weird since it wasn't that late. The star sparkled and then went away. Just then, Firestar sat up and started to cough. "It's alright I'm still here. I've lost a life, but it wasn't my last." Firestar coughed. "Thanks, StarClan." meowed Starpaw with a bright smile on her face. "Graypaw fetch cobwebs for Firestar's wounds. Bluepaw, you should go and find marigold or horsetail to keep the infection from spreading." Ravenclaw ordered. "Barney I think you did enough damage for today." Barney looked at his paws with a sad frown. "I-I'm sorry. I never meant for this to happen." mumbled Barney as he turn away and ran off. Graypaw came trotting up to the 3 cats, he dropped cobwebs in front of Starpaw and went to gt more. "Should I apply the cobwebs on Firestar's wounds? Goldendust showed me how." asked Starpaw. "I really don't see why you should trust that mangy old flea-bag, but I guess you can." growled Ravenclaw as he ran into the forest to get more herbs. Starpaw picked up the cobwebs and gently put them on Firestar's wounds. Firestar started to get better shortly after. "I would of died if it hadn't been for Ravenclaw. I must remeber to thank him later." meowed Firestar while he got up. "Wait, but it wasn't Ravenclaw it was-" Starpaw replied, but was interupted by a cough. "It has been a long time since I've seen you lose a life. How many do you have left?" Ravenclaw interupted. "That was my fifth. I have four lives remaining." replied Firestar. "Hmm. We should rest here while you recover." Ravenclaw recomended. "No, we must go back to camp. We must keep going." hissed Firestar. Starpaw wondered why Firestar wanted to go back to camp so badly. Firestar hardly looked like he would survive. "Are you sure you're fit to travel? You just lost a life!" replied Starpaw worried about her leader's health. Firestar got up to his paws and walked towards Bluepaw and Graypaw as he hissed, "I'll manage." The cats regrouped and started going back to camp. This time Firestar decided to cross more into ShadowClan territory. "We shouldn't be here, Firestar!" yowled Starpaw in a hush tone. "Do not worry about ShadowClan, warrior. You won't find any here, today." meowed Firestar with anger in the second sentence. Firestar quickened his pace, yet he rushed through the territory as if it was his own. "How could he be so sure of it?" asked Starpaw to Bluepaw. "Yeah, I can still smell the scent of ShadowClan." replied Bluepaw with a huge amount of worry in her voice. "Maybe the wind carried it from WindClan territory?" meowed questionly by Starpaw as she quickened her pace to Firestar. As the cats crossed the Thunderpath and made it to the outside of ThunderClan territory. Starpaw realized that her gut was telling her, 'Thunderpath was no big deal. Whatever Firestar is worrying about is the big deal.' Starpaw tightened up by the thought of that. As they got closer to ThunderClan territory you could only hear one thing. YOWL! GROWL! "Do you hear that?" asked Graypaw. "Quick, we're late. StarClan warned me, our camp is being attacked!" yowled Firestar. "Remeber your training, and try not to die." growled Ravenclaw. The cats rushed into through ThunderClan territory, running towards the camp. "Oh, no! My kits!" yowled Frostfur, the mate of Rednose and one of the queens of ThunderClan. "Don't worry, Frostfur. I'll guard the kits." replied Speckletail. "Thank you!" mewed Frostfur before she heard another call. "Help me, Frostfur!" replied one of the other queens with a huge warrior on top of her. "Ugh, get off of her!" hissed Frostfur as she jumped on the warrior. "Ugh! ARg!" yowled a ShadowClan warrior while fighting Mousefur. Yowl! GROWL! "Oh my StarClan! Doesn't ThunderClan have anybody besides queens and she-cats to fight with?!" yowled the ShadowClan warrior. "Oh you're going to regret saying that!" growled Mousefur as she pounced on the warrior. Another cat was over-taking Darkstripe. As the ThunderClan warrior kicked the ShadowClan warrior off with his hind legs, he overtook the ShadowClan warrior like that. "Rednose!" meowed Bluepaw while rushing to help her mentor. The ShadowClan warrior was on top of Rosenose, almost covering him. However, by the sound of his apprentice he kicked the ShadowClan warrior like that. "Bluepaw, you're back! Did you remeber your training?" asked Rednose. "Yup!" replied Bluepaw. The ShadowClan warrior jumped on Bluepaw, but she overtook with a few scratches. Despite the fact that Rednose had already ingured him before, he meowed, "Great job!"
