CHAPTER THREE
"Who owns that child? , "Omg she is so adorable"
"whose family is she from?" such a cute little girl, if I don't see her parents, I'll have to adopt her". Michael heard the murmuring from the crowd as he was making his way towards his parents.
He wondered who everyone was looking at. His gaze turned towards the entrance and then he saw his friend Nick and a smile formed across his face.
Nick was finally here, he was going to make sure he beats daylight out of him. He promised him, he was going to be the first to attend the party.
But here he was, making a closing entrance. His gaze shifted from Nick to the little one by his side.
She was dressed in an Ox blood gown, with a silver heel matching with the silver necklace she wore around her neck. The necklace didn't look expensive, but it gave her a perfect fitting from the dress.
His eyes moved to her heart shaped face, her Greek nose, her Goldilocks lips, and finally her Almond eyes.
He felt that she was the most beautiful creature his eyes have ever beheld.
But the question was 'why was she with Nick?'
"Hey man" Nick said as he hugged Mike. "Happy birthday" Nick said.
Mike punched him on the chest as they both laughed.
"I'm sorry, I was delayed by..." that was when he remembered that there was someone beside him.
"Michael, this is my little sister, Desiree. Desi this is Mike my friend" Nick introduced.
Michael stretched out his hand for a shake with the little Aphrodite he had found favour with.
But she just stood still and stared intently at him, with her blue Almond eyes.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" She asked firmly like a betrayed wife.
Michael withdrew his arms, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Just who was this girl? Nick has never mentioned her before! And why had she asked him that question in their first meeting.
She really looked like a jealous housewife, or even an Evil Vibing Queen!
In fact, one thing he knew was that this little Aphrodite of his was interesting and he would like to know her more!
He looked at her and said "No, I don't" then a very cute smile spread across her face.
"I knew Nick was lying" she smiled even more.
"My husband would never cheat on me!" she declared and threw herself in Michael's arms.
"Happy birthday hubby" she said as she brought out a little box from her purse and gave it to Michael.
Nick's mouth dropped. He was really no match for this little sister of his.
She had prepared a gift, while he never even thought of it.
He finally admitted that he had much to learn from her.
From now on, she was his master!
