Chapter 1 - 1.) The Dream

We were at school. It seems very familiar but wasn't at all. It reminded my of my Elementary School but it was much bigger and had different colors and people I didn't quite recognize. I was talking with these random people I didn't know at all.

"Isn't he cute?"

"I guess?" I really didn't really know or care about who they were talking about. I was to busy watching something more interesting. Evan. I saw him out of the corner of my eye. The only reason I didn't look at him directly was because he was staring at me. Was he jealous? Stop dreaming Angel. You know that he doesn't see you that way. But then again, why is he staring? He looked away. I looked up and say him talking to Malaea my best friend. I knew he wasn't jealous. Then she came over. My friends had already walked on without me. I didn't even realize. It's not like I knew them anyways.

"Someone likes you." She told me expressionless. She seemed more robotic like than human.

"What? Who?"

"All I'm allowed to say is someone likes you." She left hurriedly to the elevator. Stunned I looked to where Evan was sitting on the stairs. I motioned to him with my finger.

"Come here." He stood silently. I tried my best to read his expressions as he walked towards me.

"It's you isn't it?" Still silent he walked away away slowly. I followed him up the stairs and onto the second floor. I looked at the into the room of the first door we pasted. It was a younger version of Evan. He was smiling as he was writing a letter. In big bold letters on the front read Angel Skyheart. He looked in front of him at a girl. I looked more closely. Is that me? She looked a lot like me just younger. He looked back at his letter a little sad and continued writing. I looked away from the door to see Evan who was previously also watching the kids now looking at me knowingly. I stared back into his bright blue eyes. They sparkled for a moment before he looked away. He continued on with me falling more closely behind. I was trying to look into other windows but the rest seemed to be empty. I looked back in front of us. Evan was slowing down. I saw another classroom with a light on.

I walked in. It felt as if we were together. He did like me! Did he really right me a letter? I wonder if he still has it. I wonder when he started to catch feelings for me. This could be the start of something amazing.

We walked in. He told the teacher that I had just transferred into this class. I took a seat. He sat across from me. I looked at him then my desk.

I closed my eyes. I opened them and find myself in my bed. I close me eyes again hoping to go back to that wonderful dream but I know there's no use. No matter how badly I want something to happen its more likely that it never will. Realizing that, I lay back down thinking about how good life would be if he did love me. I stay like that for a few hours and miss breakfast for the tenth million time.
