I looked at Togami while he looked at my injured leg. I could see the anger on his face. I sighed and Looked at him calmly. I knew he was angry for being left behind and because I got hurt. I didn't mind getting hurt but knew he blamed himself for my injury so I spoke.
"I'm fine." Togami scoffed, "Your leg is soaked in blood. Not even an Idiot would believe you're ok." I sighed, "I was shot.it was taken care of and I caught the enemy." Togami spoke, "I heard. I also heard he wants to marry you from those soldiers who brought you back." I scowled, "Please don't remind me.."
Togami smirked, "think of this as your punishment for leaving your squad behind. Though I am curious why he says he wants to marry you." I sighed, "he said he made a promise to his mother that if a girl could hurt him he would marry them. I shot him in the shoulder." Togami chuckled, "serves you right then. Now, go get some rest."
I shook my head, "I have to make my report then I'll got rest." Togami sighed, "fine, I'll help you to captain Sean's tent to report. I am also curious what exactly happened."
I shook my head before contouring on my way to captain Sean's tent. I reached it and went in. I saw Lieutenant Jared sitting at a desk on a tablet in the tent and only looked up for a moment as Togami and I entered the tent. I looked around the tent before sitting down on a chair and waited for Captain Sean to come in the tent so I could make my report.
After several minutes captain Sean finally walked into the tent. I looked at him and he nodded back to me before grabbing a tablet and stylus. He sat down and looked at me before speaking.
"Ok, let's hear what happened." I nodded, "I went into the hidden building and cleared the floors till the third floor where The enemy was waiting. He told me his name was Airc and he gave me my knife back before we started into a gun fight. We were equal. We went through several bullets; I'm not sure how many. We eventually shot each other and then he called a ceasefire. He then went on to say he wanted to marry due to a promise he made to his mother and then you showed up and we left."
Captain Sean blinked before nodding, "That's all that happened?" I nodded, "That's all, very simple." He nodded, "ok then, go get some rest." I nodded, "will do."
I stood up and left the tent going to my own tent to rest. I limped my way to my tent and once I reached it I entered. I saw the others were all up and I looked at them before going to my bunk and grabbed a new pair of pants to change into. I sat on the bed and took my shoes ignoring the stares of the others before Togami told them what happened. I stood and changed out of my bloody pants and into the new clean pair.
I then laid back on my bunk and closed my eyes to rest thinking over what happened. I sighed clearing my mind of what happened. I did not want to remind myself of that idiot. I lay on my bunk trying to rest but with the others who were talking amongst themselves it was difficult.
I opened my eyes as I heard the others go silent. I looked to the entrance to the tent and frowned. Airc was standing in the tent and looked at me. I glared and sat up speaking.
"What the hell are you going here?" Airc grinned, "I wanted to see if you were resting and got your injury taken care of. Also the others here in your camp are horrible, weak and slow. Are you ok?" I glared, "you are an idiot." Airc shrugged, "not really."
I stood and went over to him, "you are going back to your prison cell." Airc spoke, "It doesn't matter if I do or not I can easily escape. Also I only want to get to know you. Also would you take the bullet out of my shoulder? They gave me something to kill the pain but I refused to let them take out the bullet unless it was you doing it."
I took a deep breath to calm myself, "I can cut off your arm to get it out. Now move." I pushed him out of the tent even as he spoke. "I like my arm. You only need to dig the bullet out. I'll behave if you take the bullet out." I scowled, "fine…"
I walked him back to the prison tent and entered where the guards were in a panic but the moment they saw me with Airc relaxed some.
I spoke, "I think I found your prisoner." I looked to the medic who must have been there to take care of Aric and walked over and took the tweezers from the side.
"I'll get that bullet out now." Airc grinned, "Thank you!"
I walked over and drove the pinched tweezers into his injury and swiftly fished out the bullet even as he screamed from the pain. I went and put the tweezers and the bullet to the side of the medic who was staring at me as I coldly spoke to Airc.
"That bullet is out. Now, behave."
I then headed out of the tent with a limp from my injured leg even as I saw Airc slump to the floor tears in his eyes. I knew I had been harsh but the guy irritated here to no end and had escaped from his prison cell. He deserved the pain, maybe he would think twice before escaping again.
I made it back to my own tent and saw the others look at me. It was clear they had heard the scream. I went over and sat on my bed. I then looked to Jamie as she spoke up.
"What did you do to him?" I spoke, "I removed the bullet in his shoulder like he asked." I saw her shiver, "I never want to get on your bad side." I shrugged.
Jamie spoke after a moment, "he really seems detirmanded to get to know you… I have never seen anyone who once they escaped their imprisonment who went to the most dangerous person in camp. He came here to see if you were ok? Is he sane?" I spoke, "I doubt he is sane now can I get some rest?"
Jamie blinked before nodding and looked to the others. I lay down on my bed and closed my eyes. I did not want to deal with that pain in the neck any time soon. That idiot had to have a screw loose somewhere in that head of his.
