I waited for my father in a room where the seven fallen angels, Commonly known as the seven deadly sins.
Mammon (greed)
Asmodeus (lust)
Leviathan (envy)
Beelzabub (gluttony)
Satan (wrath)
Belphegor (sloth)
And of cause Lucifer at the head of the table (pride) which lay empty waiting for him.
The seven sins of hell They were the reason we were stuck in this vile place. Don't get me wrong I was guilty of my own sins but how could anyone have a choice in this place it was kill or be killed that was the way of it. The underworld had a nack for turning anyone into a darker version of themselves. The longer you stayed the more it delved into your very soul.
Asmodeus was the first to speak
"whats this all this about Kail and where is your father?"
"He will be here shortly he's just dealing with our guest."
"Ah yes I had heard she had surfaced my spies are always the first to know."
Mammon smiled wickedly his need to to know everything and own everything was why his sin was greed. Having Reece as a pet would be his ultermate goal. Ha like I'd ever let that happen she was mine no one else's especially not my cursed little brother.
"With her on our side Finally Heaven will pay for casting us out"
Satan cheered. All in the room nodded their agreement
"I can't wait to take Micheals city away from him."
Laviathon laughed as his eyes glazed over thinking about it
The others started to talk over each other as they described the various ways they were going to make heaven pay for their banishment. All I could do was stare silently not knowing what to say or do. Personally I couldn't care less about heaven I Used to do whatever I could to please my father. Always obsessed with Dantalis he even went as far as finding him as a baby a raising him here. He didn't even let him live a human life like the rest of us. Always our father was with him then when it came time for Dantalis to choose he chose heaven.
I smiled at the thought the golden child joining the enemy it was the ultimate betrayal in our fathers eyes, however he still favours him even now he's agreed to save him what a joke.
their voices began to rise the more excited they got until suddenly Lucifer slammed the door open his wings flaring with power
"Enough all of you!"
Instantly the room became silent again, taking his seat lucifer smiled
"That's better now we all know why we're here so let's get started"
Turning to mammon he asked
"Mammon were your spies able to determine Raziels location?"
"No however they did find out where his sworn brother Azrael will be."
My father frowned
"Well hes not the one we want but maybe we can get Raziels location out of him."
"I hope you don't expect US to bring them in? capturing one archangel will be hard enough let alone two,"
Chimes in Belphegor
"Not at all belphegor we have a new weapon at our disposal why not use her."
Nods of approval we're wide spread around the table.
"Plus this way we can see whether she is the child of prophecy or not if she can't even take down an archangel she's of no use to us. Of corse then you can hand her over to me."
Asmodeus smiled slyly at his own joke I had to hold back a growl at his words.
"No one touch's her whether she's useful or not she is for my son and no one else."
Every head turned to me my look of surprise disappeared behind my ever present mask as my father continued.
"I agree though that we must know if she is the child of prophecy or not this test will hopefully prove that and will bring us one step closer to Heaven."
I listened as they outlined the plan to take down Raziels sworn brother and what to do with him once we had him.
"I propose that Kail accompanies Reece to take down Azrael his ability will be of good use to keep him restrained til we can relocate him to a more secure cell."
All heads nodded
"Good plan lucifer we need Raziels knowledge about the prophecy without it we can not determine how best Reece will benefit us."
Laviathon stood after these words
"Then let us prepare the cell for our new arrival."
All in the room stood aswell
"Go get Reece and fill her in you leave in an hour."
"Yes father."
I left the room first, heading straight to Reece as instructed
excited to be doing this mission with Reece I could use this time to get her to change her mind about me. Ok I know I screwed up when we first got here but I couldn't help myself I just had to kiss her. I mean it's not like we hadn't slept together before yet ever since her change she hasn't wanted anything to do with me.
I had to make her see we were meant to be together. I would not let Dantalis win her she is mine not his.
His words echoed in my head

Her door stood before me I sighed preparing for the mission ahead as I entered.
