She could feels her heartbeats increased, without her knowing why, but she certain something has happened to Daniel.
Finally, she stops at a door and without hesitation, she slams it open.
Her heart stopped when the scene in front of her unfolded. She stares blankly at the woman sucking her twin dried.The first thing she notices is the shackles around his body, preventing him from moving. Daniel's face is unnormally pale and his breathing is short and shallow. His eyes droop low, in the brink of losing consciousness.
This bloodsucker.
She bolted to his twin and pushed the bitch with strength she didn't know she have. Her heart now beating loudly, her hands trembled as she brings them to cup Daniel's face.
"Xan?" her voice shaky, calling to her nearly fainted brother.
His eyelids slowly fluttered as he blinked, his eyes look lost as they finally settled on her. "Xav? You shouldn't be here.." he said weakly.

"What are you doing in my room?! Get out!" the bitch roared, pointing her index finger to the door.
Xavier growled, his canines started to show up, as he bared his fangs. His sharp razor claws are ready anytime to slash some flesh open.
The woman looking at Xavier started to sweat. She never saw first hand Xavier in his 'dark state'. She only heard it as a rumor from the people in the castle. But she never expect for it to be true.
His veins popping out, covering his forehead and arms, as black smoke started to circling him.
"Xavier.." Daniella looked at him helplessly, asking in silent for his help.
In a blink of an eye, he appeared beside her with an inhuman speed and clawed the shackles once, resulting them to shatter.
In a swift, he takes Daniel limp body in his arms and out of the room to his room. Daniella followed behind as quickly as she could to keep up with his strides.
She knows she could count on this Xavier, even if he is a little aggressive and wild.
When they have arrived, Xavier put him on his bed. "William!" his strange hoarse and deep voice booming in the place, make anyone who heard it had shiver ran down their spine.
In a second, William appeared at the door, "Yes, my Lord." he bowed down.
"Call the palace's doctor. Now!"
"Yes." he then disappeared again.
Daniella looks at Daniel on the bed, his skin turned colder as she touched, making her more anxious.
With teary eyes, she looks at Xavier, "Xavier.." her voice urgent and desperate, anxious for her brother's being.
Xavier who saw that teary eyes of hers, snapped his head to the door when he sensed someone there.
"Treat him."even his voice sounded intimidating.
The doctor made his way to the patient quickly with shaky legs, obediently do as Xavier asked, fearing for his life especially when he saw the strange appearance of Xavier.
"He lost quite a lot of blood."he said.
"Then, what are you waiting for?Treat him. "Xavier said coldly. The black smoke around him became thicker, and almost took up all of the space in the room.
The doctor gulped and immediately proceed with his work.
After that, the doctor did not say anything anymore, instead doing his job in silent.
The door slammed open, and barge in the Lord Josiah and his High Council.
"What are you doing, Xavier?" he asked coldly, displeasure clear in his voice.
Xavier's back in front of the men, and he stayed like that, not moving.
Lord frowned on his behaviour. Usually he would instantly greet him no matter what, especially when he came with his High Council.
His frown deeper when he saw black smoke thicking in the room, covering their sights.
"Why there's smoke in here?" one of the High Council voice his displeasure.
Xavier chuckled darkly, the sound makes the hair on their necks stood up and with Xavier is not in their sights too, as Xavier swept his arm, and the smoke cleared in a second, as if he is wind blowing the black smoke away.
They are now clear to see, as Lord Josiah nodded in satisfaction. But their happiness is a short term as they saw Xavier in front of them, staring quietly.
That time when they started to feel anxious. Is the rumor true?
"My Lady." the doctor called Daniella, too scared to ask for Xavier's attention.
Daniella looked up at him, waiting for him to speak as she all the while holding Daniel's hand, his skin slowly getting to normal colour again as the blood flowed in him.
"My Lady,he's in stable condition now, just need to rest for a while. He lost a lot of blood, but hes lucky he was treated sooner because if he receive the appropriate treatment any later, I'm afraid..." he trailed off, as if didn't have the heart to continue his words, leaving the blank space for her to fill.
She knows what the doctor meant, and she nodded vigorously," Thank you, doc. Thank you. "she said greatfully.
The doctor quickly excused himself, not wanting to get involved anymore in that tense situation.
Lord Josiah glance at Daniel on the bed." You know you shouldn't do this. "he said calmly, but the glint of fear flashed in his eyes said otherwise.
"Lysine told me you interrupted with her meal. "the woman, Lysine as the Lord said, came from behind, showing herself with her chin up, looking triumphant because she got Lord Josiah on her side.
Meal? Daniella chuckled sinisterly, making everyone in the room to look at her.
She walked to Xavier, standing in front of her is that bitch, her smile faltered the moment she heard Daniella's mocking laugh.
Daniella practically only saw red, as her blood boiled with anger." Bloodsucker. "she whispered, but its enough for all the non human people in the room to hear included that woman, Lysine.
" You, bitch! "In a flash, the woman from earlier slapped her hard, the sound echoing through the room as silence come in.
The slap was quite hard,since Lysine is a vampire, and she clearly using an inhuman strength, making Daniella's head turned sideways.
Suddenly, the ground shook ever so slightly, before it started to shake harder, as she could feels the vibration beneath her feet.

Her head snapped to him beside her so fast, she could hear her bone cracked.
The black smoke appeared again, this time thicker than before.If earlier it was just floating aimlessly around Xavier, now the black smoke shaped itself into a hand, a big and scary one, and it slapped across Lysine's face, sending her fly to the wall across.
Her eyes widen, and she just couldn't ignore the satisfied smile slowly crept up her face.
