Chapter 4 - 4

"Lenox as in the interior designers for Ward ArchEngineering?!" I asked excitedly.

"Yes. They are good family friends with the Lenox's. In fact did you know that Leo Ward has taken over as the CEO of Ward ArchEngineering? He is only like 23 and a genius too. Oh speaking of the Ward's we are invited to their daughter's wedding in two weeks so we need to get you a dress for it." my mother mentioned flipping through a magazine.

Hearing we needed to go shopping I instantly started to plan out my outfit for the wedding. "What is the theme for the wedding?" I asked.

"Red carpet. Remember do not wear white it is disrespectful to the bride and nothing too flash or showing." she mindless said.

Time went by as I googled the happy couple and details about the wedding. Apparently Jessie Ward was only 19 and she was marrying her high school love Peter who also happens to be William's nephew. The wedding was going to be the event of the season in Seattle. I was brought out of my thoughts as my mother tapped me on the shoulder.

"Hannah, we have arrived." she said standing up.

I didn't even notice we landed. Thanks to us moving we didn't have any luggage so we walked to the front of the airport. Standing with a sign that read "Hannah Marie" on it was a man dressed in a black suit in his mid 40's. He had a giant smile on his face once he seen my mother and I instantly knew it was William and the fact that he had about four body guards with him. I watched as my mother ran up to him as best as she could with her heels on. Once she reached him he envoloped her in a hug. He was easily around six feet tall since my mother was only five foot seven and with heels on she was around five ten. While I over here am only a whole whopping five foot two who barely reaches five eight with my tallest heels on.

I cleared my throat to remind the, now making out, couple that I was there. They broke apart but William kept my mother glued to his side. I smiled as I seen the love in his eyes that he held for my mother. She really deserved to be happy.

"Hi. Nice to finally meet you." I said holding out my hand to William.

"Nice to meet you as well. Are you woman ready to get going?" William asked after he shook my hand.

"Lead the way." I said as I motioned towards the doors.
