It's seemed to be what felt like days since RootSnake has set out on his journey... Or mine... What ever... I guess my idea of how old I am is even farther off then I expected. Well it's not that big of a deal. I'm pretty young that was quite apparent. As I wandered each of my roots grew beneath the ground without limit but I had them also grow above ground in the appearance of a tree... It would seem I can make leaves grow on my roots... I only did that with the roots I left outside the caves... Would be weird if a bunch of trees sprung up inside of the cave... One by one a few hundred or so RootTrees were planted. I figure they'll be good for spying on humans... I doubt they'll be to freaked out when they discover a ton of trees sprung up over night... I mean the ones around roads and towns I made grow slower... At least when it came to the above ground parts. I squirmed around till I realize... My roots are all gonna light up there surroundings... No way a sapling won't be noticed even if they grew normally if they glowed enough to light up caves and keep other nearby plants alive... Eh... Well worst case scenario the humans go out and attack all my roots. Then I have no reason not to kill them all...
I wandered... For what felt like eternity... I planted way to many trees... It's very likely that even if the humans run out and begin to cut all of em down they will take days at this rate... And my roots seem to be much harder then a regular tree... I noticed when I accidentally bumped into a few while slithering around... Let's just say poor regular tree... So I could take down a forest just by bumping into all the trees... It's taking forever for the sun to rise...
Am I seriously that fast or is this planets day cycle just very wrong? I mean if that's the case why would humans still be asleep? Eh who cares... I just want the sun to come out... Come on don't be shy... Come to Guardian... Wow... my name is super weird to try to say in conversation... eh it changes pretty frequently on it's own guess I'll just wait for a new one... I don't think I have the ability to name myself... Do names work that way? Also... a name is kinda a thing needed for social interaction... and I don't have other things I can speak to... I got a sentient window who reads my mind but that's it... And it's a smug bastard... as I said that I heard a ringing noise and turned to Alex... No alert... I guess I'm just being annoyed... As I turned my head back I saw a massive structure in the distance and set off to reach it. I encountered a few creepy creatures along the way and planted a ton more trees... I think I will probably need a lot of nutrients to level up... I mean I level up super slow after all. My other self seemed to hit 100 before I even knew it... But now I gain only a few every time I look. I slithered and squirmed for what seemed like hours after that... Wow I'm really doing a lot of the same thing of late... Come on sun... I'm super bored can't you please come out now... Nope... Another ring... I check and still nothing...
As the structure... I definitely agree with my first thought... That's definitely a castle... a rather large walled city around it too... Hmm... I slithered through the gates... No security? Is it abandoned? I plant more and more roots as I slithered towards the castle. Up the stairs over the mote past the weird statues... I enter the castle square...
What... what is this? A giant floating diamond with a pure black appearance... super weird... I get a bad feeling from it... So I immediately attempt to shatter it... But it burnt RootSnake... Now it's on... I quickly plant a forest in the large square and it springs up instantly as my body regenerates I back up and each of the RootTrees spring forward slamming into the black crystal. Crack after crack began to form for some reason light emanated from the cracks... what is this light? Sunlight? It burns... It doesn't seem to be something that wants me to eat it... But I eat it anyways... doesn't feel good... As more and more leaks out of the stone as it slowly begins to shatter away chunk after chunk... More and more light escaping as the black crystal gives way to reveal it was just some kind of container... and with the last massive shard of black crystal hitting the ground the crystal was no more as it shattered upon the ground... the world lite up like nothing I'd ever seen... My trees tried to eat as much of the strange light as possible... As we devoured it... It then vanished... Did I eat it? What was that... Why did it hurt so much? I look up and see a trail of the strange light... It seems it's source simply left... I hope to never encounter it's like again...
Wait... It's bright... Brighter then usual... I look up to see the sun was rising... A ring could be heard once more and I looked over to Alex expected it to be another none notification.

What? So that was a god? Guess I probably pissed them off by breaking there cube thing... Lucky me they left... Anyways... The sunlight really did make me grow fast... but the sun is coming up... I don't think I'll be able to hide in town I should hide my RootSnake quickly... I quickly place my RootSnake at the center of my courtyard forest and make it similar to my RootTrees in appearance. However there's not enough time to burrow the whole thing into the ground so I leave most of it outside... It ends up towering over the other RootTrees...
