Senator Graysen Andrei spends the whole morning with Rosa the next day. He savors having an extended breakfast time with his wife and daughter Athena.
Athena hugs her father right after kissing Rosa before she leaves to go to school. Graysen gets astonished with what Athena did. His little girl finally starts socializing with others and even becomes a bit sweet to him. He is really lucky to have Rosa in his life. She even cares so much for Athena although she is not her daughter.
Graysen leads Rosa to the garden to have some coffee with Rosa. He pulls the chair to let her sit. Upon sitting, he reaches for the coffee pot, pouring some brewed coffee in the porcelain mugs on the garden table. He takes a glimpse at Rosa's visage and breaks the silence surrounding the both of them, "How long has Mr. Marco been bugging you?"
"A couple of months I think," Rosa shrugs as she brings the mug to her lips.
Graysen's forehead creases as he asks, "Why didn't you tell me right away?"
"You've been drowning in your loads of work. I don't like to trouble you," Rosa explains.
Graysen moves his seat closer to his wife, "If there is a next time, but I hope there would be none, you can always tell me. I'm your husband and you are my most important person."
She gives her husband a sharp look, "How about Athena?"
"Both of you are very important to me," Graysen corrects his statement.
She inquires, "Don't you have work today?"
"After having my lunch with you, I'll go."
"In that case, I'll cook lunch for you." Rosa suddenly rises from her seat.
He stretches his arms to stop her. But Rosa quickly moves to his back hugging him while he remains in his seat and walks inside to the direction of the kitchen. Graysen shakes his head. He stands to follow his wife.
Rosa starts preparing the ingredients on the kitchen island while Graysen sits opposite her watching her movements. "Sweety, what are you going to cook for me?"
"Can you just eat it later?" Rosa raises her left brow.
Graysen cups his face and replies, "Since you prepared for it for me, of course, I'll eat it all, even if you put poison in it."
"I don't have poison at hand right now but you can help me find a strong one for Mr. Hermes Marco."
Graysen sighs, "Speaking of that ghoul, not worth our effort. But I have something in mind better than poison."
Rosa's eyes widen, "Really? What's worse than feeding him some poison?"
"We need to deviate his attention to somebody else. Let's introduce him to the right girl for him."
A sudden jolt hits Rosa, "How about Brie?"
He comes close to Rosa and kisses her on the cheek. "You nailed it sweety!"
