As they came closer to the entrance, fairies started to greet them, "Good evening your majesties, young lords!" said one as it flew swiftly past them "Welcome home my Prince, welcome back Princess, and glad to have you all Young Lords" greeted another
"This is too much" growled Rex, feeling more sick than usual
"Oh! There you are Kira; I've wondered where you ran off to" Sychi met them "You've arrived as well" she beamed at them
"Lady Sychi, the others have been very excited that the Princess is home, the palace is wilder than usual. But don't you think it's quite unfair that only you knew she arrived and that she was coming" A fairy with blue hair and dress said. But was almost knocked off the air by another fairy that flew really fast and looked cheerful with her bubblegum-pink color
"Lady Sychi! The Princess have been lost in the forest!" The fairy slightly chuckled making Kira's face all pink
"Oh Lunaria, Lainey! Have some respect and SRAM!!"
The two fairies flew off quickly. As they disappear into distance, it could clearly be seen that they are fighting, as they tried to knock each other to the ground
Sychi sighed "those two" She looked at the children once again and gave a pleasant smile "You should go and wash yourselves; the trip was quite long I had guessed. But don't be late for dinner, be sure to be in the dining hall before six thirty." She left
They just stood for a moment. They all went in, through the heavy cherry door, which is scented like Sakura, and is lined and designed with gold.
A hall was behind the door and it was big as expected. And just like what Kishi said it, the whole place was mostly made out of marble. Tall windows that almost reached the floors and the tall ceilings, are mostly covered by red silk curtains designed with golden tread. Red carpet lay on the floor, and pots of beautiful plants and flowers arranged nicely beside the walls. Chandeliers made with light crystals hung one after the other in the tall ceiling of the halls.
"Just so you know....we went through the East Entrance, so--"
"WAIT YOU DON'T MEAN--" Rex shouted
"--this isn't the main entrance..." Airi said in a dry, sulky tone
"you know what?! This place is hell" Rex told Kishi
"More like heaven" Lune disagreed with him
Kishi sighed again, feeling hopeless "get used to it...especially now that you took your first step in it..."
Still holding his hand, Kira followed him grinning as they advanced further
They went through several passage ways, Kishi had explained that using those hidden passage ways, they wouldn't have to take a detour around the whole palace just to get to the bath to wash themselves. Still unconvinced, the tree of them followed him and Kira anyway.
"Why the hell do you have to live in such big place anyway?!" Rex argued persistently
Kishi dare not answer. That fact is quite complicated or at least to him anyway, while Kira didn't care enough to barge in. But even with all those arguing's, Lune and Airi could still notice that they are not going through passage ways, but through portals as they went in and out of doors and through paintings.
Imagine a whole hike in the mountains, and even through crazy and deep caves. That thought in mind, traveling through the whole palace would take a very long time. Kishi had told them that they were suppose to go to the hundred and thirty-fifth floor. He also said that the whole palace has one-thousand floor, and at least a million of rooms.
They went through the last portal and the twins came to a halt. They turned around to face Airi, Lune and Rex. Kira gave out a gentle smile, while Kishi proclaimed,
"From floor one-hundred-thirty, to one-hundred and sixty, are all our rooms. For easier understanding, all those places are in our privacy, and we decide everything here"
"Oh, yes your highness" Rex snickered, speaking in a squeaky like baby tone
Kira laughed a little then explained "That means your free to do whatever you want--silly..."
"Oh, is that so?" he tilted his head, looking at her stupidly
"Yes" she reassured "Well, see you" She landed a kiss on Kishi's cheeks then left
Kishi opened a pleasant looking door and went through it, then signaled the others to follow. A giant bath was behind it. It has a large glass window, currently blocked by curtains, and steaming water almost just beside of it. The place is scented beautifully, and there are some parts of it that have unusually flowering plants that grew right at the marble floor, and some stones and grass around it.
"Let's go ahead and bathe together then!" Rex said excitedly
Everyone looked at him almost instantly
"I refuse" Kishi had told him, but he just sneered
"Shy? Kishi does not--"
"Do you want to die?"
Rex sniggered "threatening me huh? How sad..."
Airi had got enough with their arguing the whole day that he came between the two of them
"Will you two cut it! Why can't you just go play rock-paper-scissors to decide whatever!"
The room felt silent for a moment. Rex raised his fist and still smirking he said "let's play then"
Kishi looked at him. Halfheartedly, he also raised his fist and played
Unfortunately, Kishi lost. He played paper while Rex played scissors. And now, all three of them were soaked in the steaming water, while Kishi was sulking, and Rex looking so pleased with himself.
Lune had placed his arms over the side and continued to read his unfinished book, when he first noticed that someone was coming. He looked at the door, then it suddenly opened and everyone was now looking at it.
Kira walked in, and her presence made all the boys froze. When she noticed that they were all there, she only grinned
"I didn't know you were here. Perhaps maybe I could join"
"WHAT!! NO!!" Airi shouted as his voice echoed
"Er--why?..." She was startled by his reaction and asked
"Well...that....."
"That means I could do so then" she smiled again
