"It is enough, for you to become a Silver Rank Assassin with 1000 Killing Points." Answered the creepy voice from the darkness with glee.
"Good, I take it." Said Elijah.
Slowly a dark figure stepped out from the darkness, his whole body was covered in tight black clothes, he had many knives on the belts on his chest and hip.
His brown eyes reminded Elijah of the eyes from a dead fish.
"Good follow me." Said the man while picking up the blade that was stuck on the stone floor.
The man walked to the spring in the middle of the plaza and jumped down.
Elijah stared dumbfounded at the spring, 'Jesus Christ! That is the entrance to the Blood Pact League? That's savage!' Thought Elijah impressed.
He walked to the spring, looking down at the dark hole, sighing he took the jump.
It was strange, the moment he jumped into the spring he landed on the ground.
He was confused, and looked down, he only found a strange circle filled with runes on the ceiling.
He looked around, finding himself at the beginning of a long corridor.
"Come!" Said the ninja like man.
Elijah shrugged, following the man through the long corridor.
It was lit up by mana crystals on both sides of the wall.
They walked out, entering a great hall at the end of the corridor. Elijah saw some people standing in front of a board. They turned around the moment both newcomers entered the great hall. They observed Elijah for a moment before ignoring him.
Some of them wore a mask just like Elijah.
The assassin with dead fish like eyes lead Elijah to a reception. A blond beauty stood silently there with half closed eyes.
The man stepped in front of her, putting the blade on the counter.
"It's from this newbie, he wants to join us." Said the man respectfully.
Her cold blue eyes wandered over the blade, then they wandered over Elijah's body.
Elijah felt chills the moment the woman eyes looked at him. For a moment their eyes met, her cold blue eyes and his pale grey eyes.
She frowned for a second but nodded, "Silver Rank Assassin, 1000 Killing Points." Even her voice was chilling.
She walked around the counter, "Follow me."
Elijah was stunned for a moment, her eyes made him freeze, he felt like she could kill him whenever she wanted.
His eyes became colder when he felt many gazes with killing intent aiming at him.
He glanced back for a moment , unleashing his own killing intent that wasn't any weaker than the ones from the assassins.
They nodded at Elijah before turning back to the board.
Elijah followed the beauty, what he didn't knew was that she was smiling.
They entered a small room that was filled with strange runes.
"This is the Blood Pact Array, you will become an official member afterwards." Said the stunning beauty with a chilling voice before closing the door, leaving Elijah alone inside the room.
The runes all over the walls and floor lit up a few seconds later. The bloody red light surrounded his body before entering his head.
Elijah was catapulted inside his Soul Space, he was floating amids the rainbow mana when he noticed a strange blood-red rune appearing in the space. It formed a rune that shoot towards his little black panther.
It suddenly woke up, opening its draconic silver eyes.
*ROOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRR*
It roared out with fury, making the whole Soul Space quake hard.
The blood-red rune stopped in its track trembling hard before fleeing to the end of the space.
Elijah watched everything unfold with wide opened eyes.
He didn't know what the rune was but he understood one thing, everything that made his Soul Form react like that shouldn't be anything good.
The rune kept floating at the edge of the Soul Space, it seemed to be scared of the little black panther.
Elijah blinked, he found himself back inside the room, the runes slowly became dim.
The beauty opened the door, she stared at Elijah for a moment before handing over a silver book.
"This is our catalog, you can buy everything in there with your contributions points, come to me if you want something from it. You are a Silver Rank Assassin but I suggest you to start with Bronze Rated Missions to get used to it." Said the beauty, letting him alone after saying her part.
Elijah's eyes were cold but he still opened the book, skipping through the pages.
He was more than pleased with it, they provided everything as long one had enough contribution points.
Pills, weapons, Demonic Beast and Martial Arts. He could buy Common Grade and Uncommon Grade Martial Arts, but most them were Assassination Arts.
He decided to buy fitting clothes, a Silver Rated Sword that looked like a katana, two Uncommon Grade Assassination Arts and a Tier 2 Demonic Beast.
He walked back to the counter, showing her what he wanted, she nodded.
"930 Killing Points are deducted then, wait here." Answered the beauty.
She walked through the room behind the counter and came back 4 minutes later with all that Elijah bought.
He put silently everything other than the cage inside his space ring.
The beauty looked at him, "Right, you need a name."
Elijah pondered about what name he should use at the end he decided to go with "Muerte".
The beauty noted down his name.
His attention turned now towards the huge board at the left part of the great hall.
Elijah joined the other assassins in front of the board, starting to check the missions.
Two missions piqued his interest, one was a Silver Rated Mission to kill a merchant and the other was a Bronze Rated Mission to kill a gang named Darksoul Gang.
He took them both and went to the beauty.
The cold blond beauty looked at the missions for a moment, "You have 3 days for the Bronze Rated one and 1 week for the Silver Rated, don't mess it up." The last part was spoken with thick killing intent that gave Elijah chills. He only gave her a simple nod.
He stumbled over a detailed map of Esmerald City that pointed out the entrance points to the hideout of the Blood Pact League. He picked the point that was near the academy.
He left the great hall, carrying a cage with him. He took another corridor walking through it until he arrived at the transport array.
Elijah stepped forwards and found the area around him change.
It happened fast and smoothly, he found himself inside a simple house. An old man was sitting on a chair, he looked at Elijah giving him a silent nod.
Elijah nodded back, 'The Blood Pact League has some wondrous means...'
He quickly excited the house, observing the area carefully. He didn't waste his time, starting to walk into an dark alley in which he changed his clothes back to his academy attire.
With the cage in his hands he walked through the night, entering the academy without problems. He had already paid for the room in the inn so it didn't matter if he slept in there or not.
Elijah quickly entered his room, putting the cage on the table.
'I can't wait to tame this baby.' Though Elijah while staring at the cage.
