"I need your help with something." I replied and began explaining to him about what me and Prince Elijah discussed. I left out the part where he specifically mentioned that he wanted me to go and that this was a challenge he had hoped I would lose. He promised he would do a little research and help me. Happy with the outcome, I decided to move onto another topic that had been lingering in the back of my mind for quite some time.
"Anyhow...I have been warned about Chloe...Um you know anything about that?" I questioned, hesitantly.
"Does she have some strong backing?"
"Well that's the rumour but I never pay attention to any of that gossip."
"Oh alright then. Anyways thanks for your help, I'll see you at work tomorrow."
"Maybe try the work forum, I'm sure you'll find something there. Cya."
We hung up the call. A slight disappointment dug at me.
