Chapter 8 - Chapter 7.5: Magic levels

Magic is prioritised into three groups, Selected, non-selected and enhanced.

Selected was a catgory that would give the student a choice of two out of the four and they could "Select" which of the two choices they would want to learn.

Non-Selected was a category that would be completely random and the student could only hope that they got what they wanted however if the student did infact have this as a category then when choosing an element there was a higher chance of it not being a "Main" type of element.

Enhanced was an extremely rare category that would allow the student to have both selection and a higher chance of recieving a higher element category.

In Magic Academies across the world, when someone was to awaken their first element it would be prioritised into either Selected or Enhanced. Selected had five different categories with a rumoured six however the known five was:

Main

Subbed Power

Main Power

Subbed Legendary

Legendary

The "Main" category had the most well-known and basic elements. When someone has a "Main" element they are capable of training their efficiency of it to the level of a sub Power level.

The Sub-Power Level of the Main category increases the speed of the spell casting aswell as the spell itself, The damage output triples and the caster learns new spells

Fire- 1

Fireball,

Righteous Flame

Barrage of Nitro

Fire- 2 (SUB-POWER LEVEL)

Gates of Hell,

Power Grasp,

Lingering Regret

Water- 1

Water whirl,

Water cast,

Rejuvenation

Water- 1 (SUB-POWER LEVEL)

Water wave,

Posiedons Triton,

Flooded Castle

Earth- 1

Rock'n'roll, Earth shatter, Mountain Peak

Earth- 1 (SUB-POWER LEVEL)

Shockwave, Avalanche, Golem

Wind- 1

Wind Trail, Windy day, The Armour of Stain

Wind- 1 (SUB-POWER LEVEL)

Master Control, Air Force, The four elements

The Sub-Power level Category of Magic can not level up, however it is atleast two times more powerful than the "sub-power level main" due to it still being a "main" and not the actual sub power level. The Sub-Power level and any Category higher is different from the "Main" because if the caster recieves the "Non-Select" option then there is a twenty percent chance of the caster recieving a type of Magic that is not classified yet (meaning that it is either a new type of magic or an exclusive one).

Lightning- 1

Thunder strike,

Isiah's luck

God entry

Electric bull

Knight- 1

Lance of Will

Horse Mesa

Loyalty Gain

The Knights Code

Portal Mage- 1

Portal to the unkown

Portal to the known

Stepping stone

Self enchantment

Nature- 1

Spirit cradle

Wax of sand

Overgrown temple

Leaves of the fallen

The Main Power level had a bit of a different direction than the other Categories as the "Main Powe Level" didn't create any new classes as this category was more like an upgrade that only Commanders could reach. Basically if you have a certain Magic type such as Knight, if you reached the commander level of control you could take a test and see if you were ready to "Level up".

Holy/Dark Knight- 2

If Magic Type is "Knight" depending on what the casters characteristics were would depend on wether you recieved Holy or Dark Knight as a sub class.

Holy Knight Dark Knight

Lance of light | Undead Divine

Beserker- 2

If Caster is an Earth Elemental than they could upgrade to "Beserker" which would allow the Caster to recieve an Earth armour that would increase damage output aswell as speed

Smoke- 2

If Caster is a Wind Elemental they will have the option to upgrade into a "Smoke" Elemental. The Caster would keep all their spells as a Wind Elemental but they could no longer increase the efficiency of the spells making them stay the same strength as before however, The Caster will recieve new spells but would have no idea how to use them until they are mastered and this may take a long time but this was due to the higher damage output than any other Element so far when mastered.

The Magic also had a control level. Depending on what your control level was would effect how good your Magic would become. There are four different levels.

Elemental- Just recieved Element and has little control

Student- Has had Elemental for a few years and has entered a magic high school to increase control

Specialist- Elemental has been atleast twenty percent mastered and making the Caster stronger than atleast fourteen "Students"

Commander- Element is at least sixty percent mastered and is capable of destroying an entire city and unlocking either an upgrade or new element.
