While we walk to school, I decide to ask Carlo something.....
Me: Um,Carlo?"
Carlo: Yeah?"
Me:Yesterday, you called sensei by his first name....do you know him?"
Carlo: Yup! I know him well....He actually helped me transfer here, he took care of all the paperwork and everything...."
Me: "Really?-"
Carlo: Yeah, but that's not why I know him....honestly, you should know him too.....he was one of our closest family friends after all..."
Me:.....what?"
Carlo: I'm not kidding!! Remember, back when we were kids ,every time we wanted to go somewhere without our parents, they wouldn't let us since they thought it was dangerous? So...they always sent us with your aunts' son who was 8 years older than us...."
Me:...now that you mention it....yeah, you're right! If I recall.....he was a tall guy with bleached blond hair....he'd always try to act like a delinquent to scare people away but would end up having the opposite effect of charming them...."
I laugh recalling the memory....then it hits me....
He must be 24 right now if that's the case....meaning....
Me:....waiiiit.....don't tell me...."
Carlo: yup! That was Misaki-San! He moved to Japan just a few years before we did!"

WHAT?!
B-but Igarashi sensei is so refined now!!! I had no idea!"
Currently Igarashi sensei was our homeroom as well as English teacher .....he was so dignified(unless angry).....so perfect.....and the way he styled his dark brown hair made him look so cool that students would fawn over him, during and after class!
Me: that's impossible....."
Carlo: I know right! The first time I skyped with him, to tell him about my transferring here, I was just as shocked as you are now!"
Me: wow, so that means sensei knows me too?
Carlo: yup! I guess he didn't say anything cuz he didn't think it was relevant.....but honestly when he last called me, that is, when he first became your homeroom teacher, he was really happy to see you again!"
Me: ...I really didn't know.....hmmm, I guess I'll ask to him tomorrow, sensei said he'd be on leave today....wait so does that mean he knows you're living with me? But if you knew him then couldn't you have lived with him instead?
Carlo: well it would cause a bit of ruckus if I lived with our homeroom teacher.... Besides, he also knew that we were engaged, and since you lived alone, he suggested that I live with you as well...."
Me: "he knows?!...well, I guess I can't say anything about what's already in the past.....But for now...."
I face Carlo and warn him...
"Don't tell anyone else that we are living together....I trust Joy, but it would cause problems if the others found out...."
"Don't worry! I wasn't planning to. You know that I won't do anything that would cause you trouble!!",Carlo says while smiling mischievously.
'....I'm getting a bad feeling about this...'
Just as I go quiet , we bump into Joy...
"Hey Angeline!"
"Hey Joy! Mornin'!"
"Soooo....."
Joy comes up close to me and whispers,
"How was your first night together?"
I blush, redder than a tomato...
"JOY!! Cmon don't tease me!" , I half whisper, half yell at her.
"....Besides...nothing really happened."
"Mhmmmm.....",Joy says while peering into my face....
"W-what?"
"Noooothing....", Joy says, while walking ahead of me...
She then walks up to Carlo, who until now was walking silently ahead of us, and asks him,"soooo, what did you guys do yesterday?"
Carlo smiles ambiguously,and then winks at her while saying,"nothing that important...."
This answer seems to satisfy Joy as well...
"Oh! I see....." Joy replies while winking back at him!
'....they're Devils.....'
"Oh cmon you two! Stop it!!!" I say as I elbow Joy and punch Carlo while I'm at it...
"Ouch! Why do I have to get punched too?" , Carlo whines.
"Just be cuz!!!",I yell back.
"Geez! You little-!", Carlo starts playfully ruffling up my hair...
"Hey!"
"Wow you two get along really well....", Joy states,sounding a little surprised.
'Crap.....I forgot that she was right there!'
Me:"No we don't!"
Carlo:"We totally do!"
Both of us say at the exact same time!
Joy just looks at us, and then bursts out laughing!
Joy:"Were you two always like this???"
Carlo: yup, ever since we were younger....though Angel here was a lot more of an angel back then than she is now!
Me: and YOU were less of a devil then than you are now!
Carlo:"hey! I'll get you back for that one!"
Carlo reaches to mess up my hair once again!
"If you can catch me that is!", at this , I take off running....
"Get back here!", Carlo takes off after me!
Joy just laughs as she watches us run....
"Those two are hilarious!"
Random Student: hey! Is still that Angeline Delcour !!
Random girl: oh yeah! Look at her go!
Random boy: she is the fastest runner in our school after all, I haven't heard of anyone who has ever beaten her in a race!
Random student 2: wait a sec....isn't that guy behind her the new transfer student?!
Random Boy- whoa! You're right!! I can't believe it! He's actually keeping up with her!
Random girl- woooow!!! He's sooo cool!!!!
In the end, Carlo manages to catch up to me just as we step into the classroom ,and makes a complete mess of my hair!
"Ugh....my hair is done for....", I say while looking at my reflection in the window.
Just then Joy walks into class,
"ANGELINE?! I can't believe it! You lost to Carlo ?!"
"Correction: I tied with him....but yeah, Carlo is pretty fast, we used to race together often when we were little....though I rarely won...."
"Seriously?! I never thought there'd be a day when I'd witness Angeline Delcour, the undefeated all rounder of the second years, lose to another second year!"
" *sigh*, it's not just running, Carlos probably as good as me or even better in almost every sport! As you can see, Carlo is 6 feet tall and his height itself gives him a major advantage....barely half of the guys in our class reach his height.....I on the other hand am 5 feet 7 inches, I might be tallest amongst the girls but I have no chance against him."
"You're kidding...."
"Nope, but it's not just about height....Carlo and I used to train together a lot too....he's pretty incredible talent wise as well...he even got his black belt a month before I did!"
"What?! Whoa....r u serious....in that case he's an even deadlier opponent than you..."
"Well, why don't you see for yourself today in P.E....."
And so the day starts...
