During the next therapy Session, Shradha spoke about this incident. Neeta was used to her guilt talks after each outburst. Shradha had a bad temper and she had acted out in many occasions. When you are in a tricky situation, lashing out does not help but it rather elevates the complications. Neeta had been advising this girl to not to lose temper and handle everything logically with calm mind. Surely there had been reduction in irrational behavior, compared to what it was in the past. Neeta thought about the time when Shradha had called her from principal's office. There was some verbal fight between some students which escalated to the point where it became physical and other parents were involved. They were all trying to put the blame on Shradha who had no intention of calling her parents. But the college administration was adamant on speaking to all the parents and Shradha ended up asking Neeta for help. It took a lot of effort to resolve the matter. But in the end Neeta had to vouch for Shradha and convince other parents that this was a mishap and the other kids were equally responsible for the trouble. Shradha had been trying her best to control her temper ever since..
"why do you think you felt angry ? Was it her words? "
"I was trying my best to mind my business and just finish the work. But she did not let me finish my work in peace and started abusing me. I had only intended to have a small talk and resolve the issue. I did not know if I was actually at fault so i tried to understand her problem. But the way she spoke about me just made me furious and I reacted to her words. "
"Hmm.. we are all humans and getting angry is perfectly normal. But we should not loose rationality even when we are angry. Getting into physical quarrels is always tricky and I would advise you to try and avoid that situation in future. "
"Yes. You are right. I will try to be more rational next time. "

Shradha had just gone online on the game when she started receiving messages from her game buddies. Due to back to back events, part time job at the clinic, Nishant and Library she had not been able to login to the game regularly. And whenever she did, her buddies were not online.

They started the group mode and played for 2-3 hours straight. This has always been the case; Shradha used to struggle to play in her phone but she never backed out and played for many hours with them. She thought she could play more once she had the laptop.
