Garry and Raavie were famous for their tactics. They were still a rookie duo who just got into the illegal business two years ago!
They had their sources and a legit connection base which helped them get this far. They usually don't trust others and work on their own. They are trying to build a regular customer base and hunting a prey once in a while helps them with an extra income.
Kayra was naive, the moment she asked for the smoke and went on with it claiming new things are meant to be tried, they knew they had scored a prey.
She was with her colleagues from office, which wasn't hard to identify given that one of them was wearing the office ID card.
That smoke in itself isn't so high quality and was comparatively cheap. Free stuff is often presented in order to lure customers. Once the need is created for the Drugs, addiction follows. This is a very simple theory!
The second time when Kayra entered the club, the duo was notified. Her picture was given to the club members from the CCTV footage of her first visit.
It was meant to be another free pass!
Kayra went on with booze and the entire smoke burnt out. It was fine, they were in the private area of the club. By the end of it, she probably couldn't handle it. At the closing time, she was supposed to wake up and leave. But, she won't budge! This made the duo furious. Upon searching her belongings, they found nothing but an employee ID card which stated that she was a mere intern at the company. She didn't qualify to become a regular customer and hence she was the extra income.
They noted down her phone number from the ID card and her local address as well. They had no choice but to take her to their rented place which they used specifically for clients.
Upon arrival, they decided to have a nap there. Well, actually Garry was exhausted and decided to take a nap there before heading to their place.
Raavie on the other hand was bored. He didn't wanted to sleep as he doesn't know what this girl might do if she woke up. She might take their pictures or call the cops. Who knows what bizzare things she might do.
Also, she was just an intern and nothing about her can make her a regular customer. This was a direct threat.
Out of boredom, Raavie went through Kayra's phone. He came to know that her bank balance was 80,000. Initially he was hoping to get 25,000 out of her but now even a 75k amount of sum won't be a problem. This prey is worth the time.
He didn't intend to coax the entire amount of 80k because that will definitely render her helpless and desperate times call for desperate measures. Often times when pushed the limit, people have nothing to loose. With that being said, it is only natural they they don't fear anything and can go all out in destruction mode on.
5,000 will last her until her salary arrives and possibly she won't have the need to ask for money from somebody. Confidentiality secured.
Raavie was happy. His mood instantly lit up due to the recent findings. Actually, the thing with regular customer is, you can't cheat them. In order to stay in the business and face the challenge, one can only charge a fixed amount. Whereas, these side income customers are basically like a con. It's a fraud where other person has no consent of giving the money and you end up making a huge sum up for your pocket. It's basically like a jackpot or a lottery whereas the regular clients are like monthly salary.
With such a good mood, Raavie became less worried and he fell asleep.
It was nine in the morning when Raavie and Garry woke up due to buzzing of a cell phone. It was Kayra's phone.
Garry couldn't help but wonder why would her phone be in Raavie's hand! He snatched the phone from his hand and silenced the call.
Unlocked the phone once the call disconnected, he saw her pictures. Raavie was going through Kayra's phone. It was acceptable but looking at her pictures is a bit too much for him.
Raavie became part of duo because of a girl. He went on a self destruction mode and things went haywire until I pitched him this plan. He swore not to be involved with a girl again in his entire life.
Garry cleaned the last used apps history and kept the phone beside Kayra. He helped Raavie get up and they left soon after. For Kayra to wake up in an unfamiliar setting with two strangers, drug dealers to be specific, this is huge mess. They were not planning to stay the night but since it has already happened nothing can be done. They left ASAP to give Kayra an impression that she was alone and nothing bad happened. She enjoyed herself and then slept peacefully on her own.
