Katies point of view
I hated lying to them but Haylie has anna and said she would kill her if I said where I was going and I know she would. Anna might be new to the group but she didn't ask to be in this life so I couldn't let her get hurt. Jake already doesn't trust me and this looks suspicious as hell but I will do what ever I have to to make sure no one else dies. I just hope this doesn't go too badly and Violet or nick hell any of them end up hating me.
I walk to the location Haylie texted me. I look around. We are in the middle of nowhere. I knock on the door. "Took you long enough," Cassie says. I roll my eyes "I am here aren't I what do yall want"? I ask. "Follow me," She says. I follow her inside the building. To an empty room with a mirror. She turns off the light. It is a two-way mirror. I can see anna she looks awful. "Why are yall doing this to her"? I scream. Cassie stabs me with a poisoned knife. I hold my stomach "You bitch" I snap.
She smiles. "It was anna or Violet I figured you would sacrifice anna before Your precious violet," She says. "though it would be fun to torture her" she says. I punch her over and over. "Enough stop being dramatic sister" Haylie says. "I'll get right to it.. You will do as we say or anna and Victoria will die.. and I might just add Violet to my list" She says. My heart is racing, "You will meet your family and you will tell Violet that you never cared about her or them. You will break up with nick you do this and we will leave and leave them alone but to make sure they believe you. You have to kill anna or Victoria in front of them" Haylie says. Tears fall down my face.
It was foolish of me to think I could be happy. "why are you doing this to me"? I ask. She smiles "I told you I would make your life a living hell," She says so much hate in her eyes. I look down. "you can figure out how you want to tell them I will be back in an hour," She says before leavening me. I stare at Vis number.
Jakes point of view
I watch Violet sleep. She looks so peaceful. So beautiful. I have really fallen for her. I tried so hard not to. She is just so different I couldn't help it. I see her phone light up. I glance at it. It is from katie. I shouldn't read it right. I am just curiose.
K: Vio, you up we need to talk
I decide to reply. Something feels off.
j: She is asleep. Can it wait?
K: No jake it can't.. Can yall meet at the place you took us? at the dance. Everyone? In an hour?
J: Katie I swear this better not be a trap.. but fine.
I wake vi and tell her. She was a little mad I looked at her text but understood. We woke the rest of the group up.
Katie's point of view
I knock on the door. "We are meeting in an hour at the place we went during the dance," I say knowing they can hear me. I have to say or do something so she knows I don't want this. My phone vibrates. I look down.
S: Your eyes (Delete)
I stare at the text understanding what she means. I delete the text.
K: Got it. I reply deleting the text. Make it believable storm. I think to my self. Thank god she knows me better than that.
Jakes point of view.
I watch Violet text Katie eyes and Katie reply she got it.. To say I was confused was an understatement. I hug her. "Ready"? I ask. She looks at me and smiles. "As ill ever be". I pull her towards me. I kiss her with everything I have. "We don't have the best luck In these situations," I say. She smiles at me.
Violets point of view.
Jake pulled me towards him kissing me like it was going to be our last kiss. "We don't have the best luck in these situations," He says. I smile at him. He is cute when he wants to be. I just hope my gut feeling about katie is right. She is being forced to do something. I just know it. I felt it the moment she told me she had to leave. I hate that I can not tell them but we need real reactions if I am right for Haylie to believe us. I just hope my acting is up to par.
We head towards the lake. Sitting in the car I am nervous I do not know what haylies game plan is and katie couldn't tell me. I just know whatever she is framing katie with is not going to be good. I wish they trusted her as I did. I sighed. We pull up to the park. Katie,haylie, cassie, anna, and victora sitting at the table. Victoria and anna are unconnsuous. "What the fuck is this. I knew she couldn't change" Jake hissed. I had to remain calm. "Yea I guess you where right," I say.
We get out of the car. "BOYFRIEND" Haylie squails. I roll my eyes. Stupid whore. "IT" He says. She glares at him. "So this is what was so important katie? You took my mom. Why did you even save us" ? Jake asks. Katie takes a breath. I look at her eyes. I feel Emily watching me. She does the same. It is like some weird understanding between us three.
I mentally tell katie she can do this. Just get through it. I was done with Haylie and her games. This was too far sure Katie has done bad things but she didn't deserve this.
"Like you said I would never change," Katie says. Good that sounded believable. "You don't mean that," Nick says. Looking broken. This would be the true test. He will forgive you. "I do nick. Come on why would I change for you"? She asks. Good not too much just enough for Haylie to by it. Nick looks pissed I move beside him. Katie glances at me. I think she understands my fear.
I look at Emily. "It can't be.. you said we where sisters," Em says. Good job em. Katie laughs "Please you were like so jealous of Violet and I it is pathetic," She says Emily looks down and starts crying. Damn em. Ok. Jake is standing back watching. He looks pissed but he has been watching me. If he doesn't by it Haylie won't. It is my turn. Come on years of drama class have to pay off.
"What about me"? I ask. Katie walks a little closer. I do the same. We are face to face. Her eyes look like she wants to laugh. I have to try not too. I glance at Haylie she looks amused. Good. "If cassie didn't want you why would I? You're into my ex.. you kissed him" She says laughing. She did that so she could laugh. lol. Damn, I need to think of a reply so I can laugh. "You are nothing to me. You are dirt benth my shoe" She says. Glaring at me. I glare back. "I defeaned you! I scream. "That is because you are too nice.. playing you was so easy" She says. I slap her for dramatic effect please no I didn't mean that.
"Violet!" Jake hisses. Shit, I went too far. She is a vamp she cant just let me slap her. I always sucked at improving. She pushed me. Grabbing my throat making it look like she is choking me. Thank god I was right and she was acting with me. Down fall I suck at fake gagging. I widen my eyes to portray horror. She throws me backward. "You are not even worth it" she hisses. "Well this has been fun but Katie your forgetting something" Haylie sings. I can tell by katies eyes what happeneds next isn't pretty. She mouths get ready
Jake caught that and walks to help me up. If looks could kill. I would defiantly be dead right now. I try and grab his hand he doesn't let me. I pled with my eyes you will blow it. He seems to understand so he holds my hand. Katie walks towards Victoria who is also in on the plan. How do I know that.. I have my ways. Jake is holding my hand so tightly.
Katie takes Victoria by the hair. Haylie makes the wrong move by walking towards me. Katie rushes towards her ramming her hand through her chest. Emily snaps cassies neck. Her body falls to the ground. The guys but jake looked so confused. I rush to untie Victoria. Jake doesn't let my hand go. "Jake," I say. He lets my hand go. Why is he so mad? I do not understand.
I give her the medicine that will wake her. She opens her eyes. "Are yall fucking crazy" Jake screams. "Why would yall include Violet in this plan"? He asks. "She is human"! He yells now it is my turn to be pissed. "I am not helpless despite what you might think and if Katie and I didn't get into it Haylie would have NEVER bought it and to keep me safe Katie would of had to kill anna or victoira.. so we did what we fucking had to" I say. He stares at me. Shaking his head.
"You really do have a death wish" He whispers. I shake my head. "No I used to.. but I will not sit back and wait to be saved," I said. "So Katie isn't betraying us"? Derek asks. We all look at him. "Nope, she's not. " I say. "so do you guys want me to kill her or send a message" ?Katie asks.
"You really didn't think she had a backup plan"? My mom Amy says. I stare at her shocked. She runs to me. Katie rips Haylie's heart out. Throwing it on the floor. She looks deadly. "No I planned for something," She says. "Anyone moves I will turn her or kill her I am not sure on what yet" My mom says. "You kill her I kill you. " Derek says.
"You're picking her over me. Here I thought we were close"? She says to him. "Yea I thought you where a loving mother.. you are dead to me," Derek says. "Wrong move son" She says biting my neck. "NO"! Jake screams. The world starts spinning. The world goes black.
