I shifted into a defensive stance. "Come out! Don't be a coward, Dark night!" I yelled at the voice, noticing its change in pitch. "Sure, let's see how much damage a weakling like you can cause to someone as invincible as me!" Kurai yuoru mocked. A Darkrai then appeared in front of me. If I don't stop him who would? I want to keep Hikari safe!
"I MUST KEEP THEM SAFE!" I yelled out.

I raced towards where Hailey was without thinking about it. No plan in mind or anything. I just needed to keep her safe. I needed to protect her. If I didn't protect her who would? "I must keep her safe." I said out loud without realising, wait... Why did I say that am I... No... She's too young anyways. I then reached a cave? "It seems she's down there!" I quickly said as I took a step forward. " STOP! HIKARI! WE NEED TO PLAN OUR NEXT MOVE CAREFULLY!!!" Kage yelled out as he pulled me back. "...Fine..." I reluctantly replied.

I began fighting. I mostly dodged. "One hit is all it takes, otherwise I'm dust." I muttered to myself. I must Keep Hikari safe. This thought kept running through my mind. I kept fighting him, and so far I haden't been hit. Not even once. I dodged gracefully side to side. "I must conserve energy." I said to myself. Every hit I was able to do seemed to cause quite a bit of damage.
