I had been fighting him for hours and I was at my wits end, I also was quite sore from falling over or only just being hit by his shadow balls or nightshade attacks. It seemed like he might've be too. "Awww are you tired? Don't worry little one~" Kurai yuoru teased. "I WILL MAKE THIS QUICK!" He yelled as he fired yet another shadowball at me.

"What...?" I looked around with confusion.
I then noticed I had evolved and subconsciously moved to the side just in time. "Stay still you!" He demanded. I then began using leafblade but not just once. I acted as if I was using close combat out of those Japanese anime shows like Dragon ball y and many others. I didn't stop, even though it felt like the side of my arms were burning. "I will defeat you!" I said with determination pouring out of me.
The real battle for survival had just begun.

We decided on a plan based on what I could sense. We ran into the the Cave after about ten minutes, we reached the end of the Cave. There stood a Darkrai. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH HAILEY!?" I yelled out in anger and desperation. "Bahahaha! THIS IS COMEDY GOLD!" The Darkrai mocked me. "YOU believe that you can WALTZ in here and save the Gardivour in distress!? HAH!" The Darkrai teased. "Well then, are you going to stop me? Be the 'Prince Charming'?" The Darkrai taunted again. "GIVE HER TO US NOW!" I ordered.

As I fought, Kurai yuoru disappeared suddenly. I then heard voices. I couldn't understand what they were saying or who they were though. "Mm?" I subconsciously said.

"Mm?" I heard Hailey's voice not too far away. "HAILEY! CAN YOU HEAR ME!?" I desperately called out. The Darkrai then attempted to throw a shadowball at me but I threw it straight back at him with a leafblade causing the Darkrai to intercept his own attack with another shadowball. This caused smoke to fill the Cave. This was my chance. I ran over to Hailey. She was unconscious.

Darkrai had been gone for a few minutes now. I then focused on a voice that sounded familiar. The more I focused the louder it became, until it yelled out completely in desperation and fear. "HAILEY! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!" I then realised who this voice belonged to. I began to run forward. "HIKARI! WHERE ARE YOU? I CAN HEAR YOU! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!" I had been yelling like this for what felt like hours. My voice became nothing more then a whisper now. It hurt to talk or even move now but I didn't give up hope, I kept sprinting forwards calling out for him, it hurt so bad but I didn't stop. I kept fighting.
"H-Hi-Hikar-Hikari...!" I was barely able to whisper.

I had picked Hailey up and started running back to the tribe while the others caused a distraction. ""H-Hi-Hikar-Hikari...!" Hailey barely whispered. I held her tighter to me and said in the most calmest voice I could muster. "Hailey, I'm right here and everything is going to be okay. I am taking you back to the tribe. We will be there shortly...Okay?" I assured her.

I heard Hikari's voice again. "Hailey I'm right here and everything is going to be okay. I am taking you back to the tribe. We will be there shortly...Okay?" Hikari assured me. His voice was so soft, quiet and.... Calm.....

I fell asleep.
