It was always evident that it would happen, even though he tried so hard to not get her too involved in their world they both hated so much... it happened, they took her away from him...
Urie killing herself was always bullshit to his ears.
She couldn't, she wouldn't ever leave him. She loved him, and God he knew it but tried his best to act like he didn't.

"Shit!!" He shouted, not caring one bit about the scared kids walking away from him or the people on their bikes staring hard and calling him crazy. He didn't care. He would kill them all if he had to.

And Reo lost it. He got on his knees and started screaming. Tears running down his cheeks as he eyed the bridge.
She really was gone. They really took her. This beautiful woman, that gorgeous smile, that pure soul that couldn't stand blood and hurt anyone.
Their story didn't last like they both thought it would... deep, deep inside, he always wanted to know what the day of their wedding would be like... already imagining her beautiful hair running down her back, her brown eyes tearing from the emotion, and her smile...
But as Reo's heart was calming, imagining Urie's appearance, his heart skipped a beat.
While imagining her smile, that woman's face suddenly appeared out of nowhere... Kanna. What was happening?
_____
Going through the channels with bore in her eyes, Kanna was annoyed. The day went by too quickly, it was now 10 PM and she still didn't have anything to do. Yui was busy with work and she was left alone with her thoughts.
She stopped at a channel airing a reality show. Laying further in the sofa, she then rolled her eyes.
She couldn't stop thinking about him and it bothered her so much. This was too much. She had to forget about him, his smirk she was so obsessed with, and even his tattoos. She had to get back to her real life... they had their little moment, she enjoyed it, and that was it. It didn't go far *fortunately* so she should stop right there and forget all about it.
Picking up her phone with bore, she went on Twitter to distract herself. There was a scandal going on, a kpop star had been sending explicit videos of girls in a group chat without their consent.
This would distract her attention away from him. But as she was going through comments of fans debating if they should stop supporting their idol or not, her phone started ringing.
It was an private number. She had literally no idea who would call her this late at night. But curiosity was something she could barely resist. So she picked up anyways.
"Hello?"
The other line was silent, but she could hear car horns and the sound of water... sea?
"Who is this?" She asked, utterly curious now, was it someone who was calling for help ? Desperate and obsessed with suicidal thoughts?
It was extreme thinking but it happened.
"Whatever you got going on, don't jump. Your family loves you... your loved ones' hearts would break, life is precious! So many people would miss you!" She started rambling
And the other line was still quiet. Then after 5 minutes, her heart was still beating fast as she was debating if she should ask where that person was. And he finally spoke.
"Nobody. Would miss me."
Recognizing his voice, her heart raced as her shoulders got lower, relieved. A small grin appeared on her face. She was so stupid, but she couldn't resist his voice.
"Would you?" He then asked. And she wondered if she should be honest or thug it out and play hard. But something about his tone was telling her that he kind of needed to know the truth. He had to.
So then she whispered.
"Yeah."
After that, they stayed 8 minutes straight without saying a word. Her heart was loud and agitated in her chest but she said nothing. She could feel him bothered... something was going on... So she stayed there, without a word.
After minutes that felt like eternity, without a sound he then spoke, 7 words:
"My hotel. Twenty minutes. Be on time."
Her heart rushed again and she jumped out of the sofa and ran to her closet.
"Same room?!" She fake asked, actually trying to know if he hung up or was still on the line.
As she got the phone away from her ear, she realized he hung up. Sighing, the woman threw the phone on the bed before rushing in her friend's closet and picking up a white shirt and blue jeans.
Staring at her face in the mirror she then started applying slight make-up to cover her under eyes and brushed her hair quickly.
But as she stared at her watch she knew she didn't have time for all of that. So she threw her hair back in a high bun, put on a brown jacket, boots and ran out.
Outside she stared at the empty roads, looking for a taxi, but nothing. It was a residential neighborhood, they were rare around here.
Discouraged, her face enlightened when a cab just parked outside of the gate. Running outside, she called for him desperately and it finally parked in front of her to pick her up.
It was literally impossible for her to reach his hotel in 20 minutes. When Yui picked her up the last time they spent 40 minutes on the road. Her neighborhood was just this far.
She wanted to call him back, ask for more time but something told her that he wouldn't pick up.
"Sir, can you please reach the Prince Gallery Tokyo hotel in 20 minutes?! " she asked while desperately staring at the old man through the mirror.
He laughed before starting the car.
"This is just a taxi ma'am, not a plane."
"God... so then shortcuts?!"
He chuckled again.
"I'll do my best."
So then Kanna put on her seatbelt before staring at her watch the whole ride.
Ultimately, she reached the hotel late. Actually 45 minutes after.
The ride cost her 5 600 yen, usually it would pain her but right now she was stressed, too stressed.
She was nervous, why was he calling her over so late? What had happened? Was he okay? And was he still there? Did he wait?
While running in the hall leading to his room, she could feel her heart jump out her chest. She was so scared... really hoping he was okay... and he was still there... otherwise she would be desperate and sad...
As she reached the room, the door was left open. She walked in, in a rush and realized the darkness. There was no one. Only the familiar chimney was making noise with the woods burning black in the fire.
She then fell on her knees. Desperate.
Where was he? What had happened? She then picked her phone and tried calling his number but the phone was turned off. Impossible to join him.
Tears were coming up, she didn't like the sound of any of this. Why would he call her and disappear like this? It wasn't fair.
But as she was on the floor, trying her best to resist the tears threatening her eyes. She heard the door close.
Turning around quickly, her heart jumped, relieved.
He was standing there. His hair was down, wet, he was wearing that same bathrobe he was wearing the night of their argument... he was so gorgeous.
His hair caressing his neck, and his dark gaze eyeing her with a indescribable look.
"I thought you left... I'm so sorry..." she started but he stopped her.
His hand pulling her up, then on her thigh. He grabbed her close then stared at her.
Even though she was confused by his look, she was loving it. He called for her... he wanted her...
"You called." She said, staring at his lips.
"I did." He answered. Staring back at hers in the darkness.
She smiled softly.
"I shouldn't have come."
"But you did."
"Are you happy I came?"
He then smirked. His eyes were emotionless. That wasn't the chuckle she was used to. Something about him was different. He wasn't himself...
"What's going on Reo?" She asked, a hand reaching for his cheek. He then leaned further down, his forehead on her. His breathing was loud, he was fighting his thoughts, something was bothering him.
After a few minutes, opened his eyes again. Looking straight into hers. And she melted.
Still breathing loudly, Reo then spoke.
"I need comfort. I-... I'm not okay right now... I- can't tell you... I- just need your help..." He then said. And by his cracked voice, she could tell he was deeply hurting.
She had never seen him so vulnerable. He was finally reaching out to her... she had lost hope... She had thought he never liked her, only wanted to play along. But this moment right here... this was clearly something she could tell, he barely showed to anyone.
This side of him. It was new, and only she could see it.
Her heart pounding hard in her chest, the young woman placed a hand on his cheek before smiling softly. Her eyes soaked in tears...
She knew damn well... now, she couldn't walk away anymore... she was irredeemably falling for this man. Locked with him for good... trapped in his heart... she would only be his... and that was forever.
So then he leaned for a kiss, and she knew. This was the worst and best thing she shall have...
Poisoned love.
