Shizu waved his hand in front of Lee Changhyuk to snatch him back from the dreamland.
"I'm sorry, what did you say?" Changhyuk asked.
"Jang Jiseok is awful. How could he beat Kim Yoonjae just because he's in a bad mood?"
"Yeah, he is. But Ryeowook hyung took care of it. So it's cool." A playful smile appeared on his nonchalant face as if he was saying nothing serious.
"Jang Jiseok, that guy.. What happened to him?"
Lee Changhyuk cupped his sharp chin, he looked up while his up-to-no-good face fell into thinking.
"He is now the manager of DazzLing."
Shizu said nothing as she looked at Lee Changhyuk. DazzLing was their junior, right? If Japan had Kumo Bell as their rising star, then DazzLing took the same spot in South Korea. They debuted under StarLord Entertainment, 2 years ago at the same time with Kumo Bell.
Lee Changhyuk ignored the milk girl's quiet stare. His playful gaze fell on the fake beard, the beanie and the round glasses. He grabbed them from the table and put them back on his head.
Shizu couldn't say anything and just gulped as she watched him. Have you ever seen a live commercial? Did he think he was shooting for a commercial?
No wonder they wanted to cast him as a model! Shizu had always noticed this. The way he moved... His whole body language.. That expression.. Why did he always look so camera-ready?! Shizu knew that he didn't do it on purpose. He was definitely too laid-back to care.
Like, who in their right mind would wear a fake beard for fun and still look good!? With that body and face? Shizu was praying to all deities to bless her with a strong mind. Those weak hearted ladies would definitely have nosebleed if they now saw him in person.
Those lips widened as he fixed his messy hair. He shot his brows up and asked the milk girl.
"What will you call this Oppa (1)?"
Umm.. Daddy?
SLAP.
She gave a slap to herself in her mind. Aaaarghhh Lee Changhyuk, you're too hot for a happy-go-lucky guy!!! Could you at least stop being so carefree about everything? She should start going to temple to cleanse her thought.
"I don't know. It can be anything!" She crossed her arms with annoyance and turned her head away from him.
Lee Changhyuk smirked. He picked himself up then slammed his body carefreely to the other side of the sofa so he could meet her annoyed gaze. A mischievous grin appeared on his playful face.
"Don't say that Miruku - chan. I will go with whatever name you suggest. Aren't we a team?" He winked at her.
But that wink was too suggestive for Shizu's frail heart. Her heart stopped beating so she slapped her cheek for real this time.
SLAP.
There was a moment of silence. The slap took Lee Changhyuk by surprised but he could only bite his tongue to stop himself from laughing on her face for those adorable antiques. Unable to say anything, he was just grinning to himself from ear to ear while enjoying the milk girl confused glare.
Gyaaaaaahhh!! Shizu really wanted to cry. The mantra failed her. Did she really just slap her cheek for real in front of Lee Changhyuk? THE Lee Changhyuk!!?
It was all his fault! And now, why did he have to grin like an innocent puppy in front of her? How in the world was she supposed to get mad at him for making her go crazy?
"I'm gonna cook for dinner. What do you want?" Refusing to continue the endless monologue in her head- she picked herself up and headed to the kitchen.
His lips slowly parted in surprise. His eyes were sparkling as they followed the milk girl who was walking away from him. Was she really going to cook for him?
'Yay! Miruku - chan, you're the best!'
He picked himself up then followed her happily from behind.
"Teriyaki chicken!"
