Synopsis

Ultimate New Adventure Life

The online multiplayer game called Ultimate New Adventure Life has over 500 Million players to date.

The online game has generated approximately 450,000 jobs.

Over half of those jobs are just for coding alone. The games world mass is approximately 13,000 miles.

It would take many years just to roughly chart the whole game.

The game started development in 2011 and in 2024 they released a trailer. It wasn't until 2038 that the game launched publically. At that time only 1/3rd of the games in-game world was open to the public and even then it wasnt 100% completed.

New players would take a test consisting of 1200 questions to figure out the person's personality and natural traits as well as do a small background checks to fact check the answers truthfulness.

The questions were divided into 5 following catagories.

Preferences

Shortcomings

Strengths

Personal history

Problem solving skills

The option to have a team consisting of up to 200 people to brainstorm which starting traits to give to the player based on the first four catagories. If they did not pay for the manual review a A.I would review the data instead and personalize the character for the player. If the end result was unpleasing the player could then select from three alternative races with different play style configurements. One could not move on until one choice was chosen. Once chosen they would give you the opportunity to select wether you wanted to use your real life image to be incorperated into the race you chose or a list of about 20 A.I generated appearences to pick from.

The last catagory would be used to determine the starting places difficulty.

The last catagory would not matter if the player was under 13.

Players under 13 would be sent to a few special servers ment to nuture real life skills along with ingame skills.

Generally the servers for under 13 players would only be about 4-5 in number per country or region, sometimes smaller if the country had a low population in general such as Iceland or Saint Lucia they would only have 1 or 2.

Adult players could only have limited interactions with 13 and under players with special servers designed for such a thing. There are only about 7 of these servers.

Many moderators would be present in these servers to oversee interactions between the players to ensure gross midconduct would not take place.

Players age 9 and under would be unable to interact with those above the age of 13,

And do not get access to the special cross servers. Voice chat from players age 15 and above could not be heard by anyone under the age of 15. 9 year olds could not see typed messages of text from anyone over the age of 13, this of course excluded NPC's and select moderators, or special community events in which moderators were present to moderate any infractions causes by older players. These chats would still be lightly filtered to ensure older children would not say things of a vulgar, gross, or innappropriate nature.

The only exception to this rule would be a chat system called quick chat which let players text general words with in game names, objects and general battle commands and tactics. These were all still heavily filtered to ensure that innappropriate messages or meanings could not be conveyed.

The number of playable species in the game was only about 150.

However many species had sub-species that were also playable and then fell under the main species genus tree.

For example one group is Elves.

There are currently 10 different elven species.

Wood Elf, Highland Elf, Common Elf, Dark Elf, Light Elf, Half Elf, High Elf, Low Elf, Royal Elf, and Night Elf.

Each one has certian set starting traits but some of those traits can be changed by the manual review team or A.I to better match the player according to the information acquired by the questions.

Due to this system that requires partial manual review some accounts take several minutes to be set up while some could take hours or even a few days.

The general game fee is about 50 dollars if you want a basic start character. About 1/4th of the playerbase choose this option and they usually end up being casual players.

There is a price to start the game with the questions enabled which is about 200$. If you want a even more manual review to go into your account you can pay upwards to 1000$ to let the employees take a more indepth look at your data to match your character to you.

The game is of the fantasy genre and is made to literally become like a second life to the player. It is played through a popular virtual dive headpiece which allows the player to play with their brainwaves.

Many disabled, troubled, over stressed and overworked people like this type of game as it can basically become a second life for them.

This has been the general explanation of the game that is in this novel.
