Faruth spent a while within the cave talking to the new arrivals, using [Appraisal] on each of them as he did so. Out of the 19 that chose to serve him as a chief, most of them were rather ordinary.
However, there were 4 that stood out in particular, not counting Alneth of course. The female spy, named Rose, had exceptional agility for a Gnoll, even higher than Faruth's when he was still one, though he didn't know what it was now.
The second was one of the Gnolls that was fit to fight as a soldier, named Marth. While he may not have brute strength on his side, he was capable of using more intricate weapons like spears, rather than the typical clubs or swords that a Gnoll would make best use of his power with.
The third was the sole male hunter, named Frothen. Like Marth, he showed talent in more intricate weaponry, except not at a close range. He was extremely proficient at using the bow that he was given in his old village. It seems that his old tribe relied on him to hunt mostly.
The final talent within the group was the elderly shaman, named Grimanth. Though extremely weak physically, reflective of his age, he showed prowess with matters regarding the mystical. Both his intelligence and wisdom were higher than Wulfarth's, as well as this, his old age allowed him to amass a vast wealth of knowledge, very suitable to be the tribe's elder.
After the introductions were mostly over, Faruth left the new arrivals to get to know each other, while he left with Wulfarth to take care of his own matters.
The duo left the centre of the cave and back into the room that he came from, just through the old Goblin storage area. Arriving in said back room, Faruth sat down against the stone slab, Wulfarth sitting on the opposite end.
Within his mind, he tried to find a way to control his village, to see if their was a special activation word of sorts. Of course, it didn't take long. The answer was the first word that Faruth thought of, 'Menu'.
A window appeared in his vision, similar to the ones that usually appear through a level up, though this one was marginally different.

Rather than showing the information as a whole block, it was split into various different sections and titled as such. His curiosity expanding, Faruth decided to choose [More] for the [Positions] section.

[[Village Chief: Faruth]]
[[Village Shaman: _______]]
[[Village Elder/s: _______]]
[[More positions will open up as more structures are built!]]

After consideration, Faruth decided to test the positions, he wanted to make sure to apply everyone to their correct positions. As a result of his testing, he found that individuals could be removed and placed into positions within the village, but they couldn't be placed into the same position again if they were removed, ever.
He obviously assigned Grimanth, the shaman to the position of [Village Shaman], it was the only logical choice. Then, he assigned, Wulfarth and the two elderly mages, Hoki and Droki, to the position of [Village Elder].
As soon as he finished with this, the menu disappeared from his vision as a ever so familiar blinding white light descended upon Wulfarth, and unbeknownst to him, the other three that he had selected too.
The light dissipated as soon as it came, leaving Wulfarth sitting the same as he was before, only a slightly different aura could be felt around him. Using [Appraisal] on the sitting Beast Master, he found their had been five or so changes in his status compared to before.
Even including his level ups, his Wisdom Stat was now increased beyond what his level would usually give, becoming his highest stat. The other three changes came in the appearance of skills. Namely, [Elder's Might], [Elder's Wisdom] and [Elder's Aura].
[Elder's Might], contrary to how it may sound, doesn't improve his physical capabilities, however, it increases the magical damage dealt with every attack, being only x1.1 at the first level however.
Whereas the effect of [Elder's Wisdom] has already been seen, [Elder's Aura] is slightly more unique. It is not a skill that increases any damages or Stats, however, it allows the user of this skill to display an aura that might scare off weaker monsters.
Even considering all this, the most prevalent thing was the [Uncommon] title of [Village Elder], that gave a +1 to the Stats of the host and the chief of the host's village! Truly an overpowered title.
Checking the status of Wulfarth reminded him to do something, check how his own Stats had increased compared to before! Resolving himself to not get shocked, he quickly activated the skill on himself.
