Betrayed, rejected and humiliated in front of the council and seven kingdoms, Dahlia stood between life and death.
Her mate, Prince Damian, had rejected her during their mating ritual and she had till sunrise to find a mate or she would be bound to Hades- the god of death. 

While Damian celebrated his engagement to her sister, Gwendyln, Dahlia was slowly dying. The sun was about to rise and no man was interested in mating with a rejected human girl. 
It was too late and she was bound to Hades for eternity. 

Fate throws an opportunity to Dahlia and she wakes up in the body of a girl that had drowned in the Cyre river several weeks ago.
She had been given a second chance at life but at the cost of the souls of the people that had killed her and many others.
