Those who enter the gates willingly are known as 'hunters'. 
They leave the safety of New Capita, lured by the fame, artifacts and adventure found on the other side of gates.
They live and die in completely different worlds. But those were the early days.

In the early days, New Capita was completely reliant on the hunters for resources, but now the city has become more self-sufficient. 

But Magnius dreams of  exploring countless worlds on the other side of gates. A renowned huntress, Sedia Alimenti offers him a chance, and Magnius takes it.
