Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: The Three MF

The Rainbow Dragon was sent flying backward, and Gojo Satoru also took a step back. Immediately, he reactivated the Limitless technique, then turned to Akira in surprise.

"Illusions… Sharingan."

A terrifying wave of ocular power spread toward Gojo.

"Damn!"

Gojo's eyes instantly lost focus.

Geto Suguru, recovering from his initial shock, summoned an even more terrifying cursed spirit that charged toward both Akira and Gojo.

"Deactivate technique," Akira said.

Ignoring Geto's cursed spirit, he knew he had to deal with the most troublesome opponent first—Gojo Satoru.

Gojo's Limitless technique was disabled, and in that instant, Akira threw a punch at him.

However, Gojo didn't get sent flying. Instead, the punch stopped just short—less than a centimeter away. Akira's eyes narrowed, a bad premonition flashing through his mind. He knew that although the distance seemed minuscule, it was farther than the ends of the earth.

Gojo threw a punch at Akira.

This time, Gojo felt it clearly—his fist had passed right through.

"That was close," Gojo said with a slight smile.

"So when I passed through your body earlier, it wasn't an illusion after all," he muttered.

"This is the first time someone has broken through my illusions so quickly… Gojo."

Akira also smiled slightly.

As they exchanged casual remarks, the cursed spirit behind them had already launched its attack. Both Gojo and Akira, with their Six Eyes and Sharingan respectively, sensed it immediately.

But neither paid it any mind.

The cursed spirit passed right through Akira's body, as if he were nothing more than a phantom, and continued charging toward Gojo.

This time, Gojo stood completely still, making no attempt to dodge.

"So your eyes can transform like this too," he remarked.

"What a pair of monsters," Geto's voice rang out from behind them.

He had recalled all of his cursed spirits, and behind him now stood two terrifying entities.

"Quasi-Special Grade Cursed Spirits?" Gojo glanced at Geto.

One of them was at quasi-special grade, while the other was a first-grade cursed spirit—both far superior to the previous spirits he had summoned.

"Geto, you're calling others monsters, yet look at yourself," Akira said, glancing at his seemingly gentle friend.

A quasi-special grade cursed spirit was already a nightmare for most first-grade sorcerers to deal with.

After all, at this moment in time, the only known special-grade sorcerer was Yuki Tsukumo.

The future four great special-grade sorcerers—Gojo and Geto—were still just first-years at Jujutsu High.

(Yuki Tsukumo had probably only just recently become special-grade. She seemed a bit older than them.)

"Well then, let's cut loose a little," Gojo's cursed energy began to surge on a massive scale.

"That's exactly what I was thinking, Gojo."

Geto started manipulating his two powerful cursed spirits, channeling his cursed energy into them.

"Let's go."

Akira closed his eyes for a moment—then snapped them open.

A terrifying wave of ocular power erupted from his gaze, and his seemingly bottomless cursed energy began to boil.

"Maximum Output…"

"Cursed Energy Transfer…"

"SUSANOO…"

As the three unleashed their power, the environment around them began to shift.

"Those three…"

Shoko hid behind Yaga Masamichi. As a healer who only knew Reversed Cursed Technique, all she could do was take cover in this situation.

"Stop, you three idiots! Are you trying to destroy Jujutsu High?!"

Leaving aside Gojo's Maximum Power Cursed Technique: Blue, which functioned like a wrecking ball capable of instantly flattening any structure…

Or Geto's two cursed spirits—one of which was a quasi-special grade.

A first-grade cursed spirit alone required a tank-level carpet bombing to kill.

And Akira—who knew what method he was about to unleash?

But considering his cursed energy was even more massive than Gojo's, the scale of destruction would be unimaginable.

Yaga immediately called for them to stop.

The three instantly suppressed their cursed energy.

"You three idiots!"

Yaga then proceeded to punch each of them on the head.

Gojo and Akira initially considered using their abilities to defend themselves.

But after seeing Yaga's expression, they abandoned the idea.

A moment later, all three were standing there with large lumps on their heads.

"Alright, dismissed. Free activities now," Yaga declared, his previously pleased expression replaced with fury as he surveyed the school, now reduced to ruins.

"You three… no, all four of you, including Shoko—you're responsible for cleaning this up," Yaga ordered before storming off.

"Wha—? Ugh, fine…"

Shoko had wanted to protest but, after seeing Yaga's expression, immediately shut her mouth like a deflated balloon.

The four of them got to work cleaning up the wreckage.

After a while…

"Tch, that old fossil Yaga, making me do this kind of work," Gojo grumbled, floating debris around him with his technique.

Despite his complaints, he was still diligently cleaning up.

"Gojo, stop whining. And while we're at it, stop referring to yourself in such an arrogant way," Geto remarked, using his cursed spirits to move rubble.

"Hey, if anyone should be complaining, it's me!"

Shoko grumbled as well.

"Enough talking. By the way, Gojo, Geto, your abilities sure are convenient," Akira noted, watching as the two barely lifted a finger while their techniques did the work.

"Tch."

The two glared at Akira, who had been slacking off the entire time.

"Akira, would you stop making comments and actually help? There's still a lot left to clean," Gojo complained.

"Hold on, let me think…"

Akira crossed his arms, contemplating a solution.

Then, suddenly, he clenched his fist and smacked it against his palm.

"I got it! Gojo, use Blue to lift all the rubble into the air, and I'll teleport it somewhere else."

"What? I could teleport it myself. And besides, if I use Blue without proper control, I might end up destroying the remaining buildings too," Gojo gave Akira a look as if he were an idiot.

"Hey! What's with that look? You wanna fight? Don't forget, this mess is mostly your fault!"

Akira glared at Gojo.

"Bring it on! I wasn't satisfied with our fight earlier anyway!"

Gojo's irritation flared.

Shoko immediately backed away.

"Gojo, Akira, knock it off and get back to cleaning. If old guy finds out, we're screwed," Geto interjected.

Hearing that, both of them went quiet.

"Hmph."

The two exchanged glares and scoffed at each other.

"Akira, how about a contest? Let's see who can clean up more," Gojo suggested.

"Tch, bring it on," Akira accepted.

Hearing this, a smirk appeared on Gojo's face. After all, his Blue technique made clearing debris far easier.

"Geto, Shoko, you two be the judges," Akira declared.

"Fine…" Geto sighed.

He had come to understand Akira's personality well—despite his seemingly aloof demeanor, he was just as reckless as Gojo.
