"What? It can't be extinguished?" Everyone turned to Akira, while Shoko's face turned pale upon hearing this. As a support sorcerer, she rarely fought in battles and was terrified of pain.
"Yeah. If used outside, it basically burns forever and spreads upon contact," Akira said nonchalantly.
"Akira, from now on, this technique is banned," Yaga Masamichi declared. The others nodded in agreement.
"Uh… actually, my right eye's ability can extinguish it," Akira pointed to his six-pointed star-shaped eye.
"Oh, then there's no problem," Yaga Masamichi replied.
"What's the ability of your right eye?" Gojo Satoru asked.
"Kagutsuchi. It allows me to manipulate Amaterasu's form. You see, while Amaterasu is incredibly powerful, it's too slow. But with my right eye's ability, that issue is perfectly resolved," Akira explained.
"Akira, to be honest, your naming sense is pretty mediocre. 'Kagutsuchi'?" Gojo teased. (In Jujutsu Kaisen's world, gods don't exist.)
"Tch. The name just popped into my mind on its own. It's not like I wanted to call it that," Akira muttered.
"Alright, anything else?" the others asked.
"There's one more ability, but I don't really feel like demonstrating it right now. I'm a bit tired. I'll show you later," Akira said.
"Hurry it up, brat," Yaga Masamichi ordered.
"Fine…" Akira sighed helplessly.
"Susanoo."
A terrifying surge of ocular power erupted from Akira's eyes, and his immense cursed energy began boiling over.
A massive, semi-transparent, azure skeleton emerged from the ground, slowly growing veins and muscles, before taking the shape of a human. As Akira's eyes flared with even greater intensity, the figure donned a suit of armor. However, as the armor faded, Akira's cursed energy drained even faster. Finally, the previously incomplete humanoid entity extended its legs, fully forming into a towering warrior—Akira positioned within its chest.
"When both eyes' abilities combine, they manifest the third and final power of the Mangekyō Sharingan—Susanoo, the divine force. It is the ultimate protector of its wielder and a god of destruction," Akira explained before dispelling Susanoo. "However, this power places an immense burden on the body. With my current ocular strength, I can only manifest it at this stage. I have yet to unlock its true potential."
Although Akira's Sage Body prevented him from going blind due to overuse of the Mangekyō Sharingan, his ocular techniques still consumed a significant amount of energy. Unlike other techniques, Susanoo inflicted actual pain on his body. Though he could recover quickly, he rarely found opponents who necessitated its use.
"Hm… to be honest, it's kinda average. What do you think, Gojo?" Geto Suguru rubbed his chin.
"I feel the same way. It looks impressive, sure—big, imposing, definitely stylish—but calling it the 'power of a god' seems like an exaggeration. Feels a bit shameless," Gojo replied, mimicking Geto's thoughtful posture.
"If size is all that matters, one of my curses is even bigger than that," Geto added.
"Exactly! This Susanoo-whatever is pretty standard. Good for cleaning up weaklings, I guess. And yeah, not having to walk is a nice perk, but it's basically just like one of Geto's bigger curses," Gojo continued.
The two kept going back and forth, critiquing Susanoo as if they were reviewing a mediocre performance.
"Oi, you two bastards… Are you looking for a fight?" Akira growled, his veins bulging in frustration.
"We're just being honest," they both replied in unison.
"Oh? Is that so? I feel the same way," Akira said, suddenly regaining his composure. His tone mirrored theirs, but this abrupt change unsettled them.
"Oi, Gojo… Did this guy hit his head or something?" Geto whispered. Even though they had only known Akira for a day, this behavior was definitely out of character.
Gojo also nodded, finding the shift suspicious.
"You two are being quite rude," Akira rolled his eyes before glancing at Yaga Masamichi and Shoko.
"Kamui."
In an instant, the two disappeared into the Kamui Dimension.
"Well then, my dear friends, I'll be taking my leave. You guys enjoy yourselves in there. Maybe I'll come check on you when I feel like it," Akira said with an eerie grin that screamed mischief.
"Shit."
"Shit."
Gojo and Geto exchanged glances, immediately realizing Akira's intent.
"Satoru, grab him!" Geto shouted, summoning a curse.
Gojo nodded and instantly teleported to Akira's side.
"Too late. Goodbye, Gojo, Geto," Akira smirked before vanishing from the space.
"Damn it! That bastard got us again!" Gojo roared in frustration.
"That guy pisses me off," Geto grumbled, his expression dark.
Meanwhile, outside the Kamui Dimension, Shoko and Yaga Masamichi, who had reappeared alongside Akira, looked at him curiously.
"Where are those two?" Yaga asked.
"Oh, Gojo wanted to go buy some desserts for an after-meal treat, so I just sent him to the street. As for Geto, he needed to buy some daily necessities," Akira said casually.
"…Alright," Yaga nodded. He didn't doubt it. After all, Gojo buying sweets was entirely normal.
"By the way, you and Shoko should head back first. I have some things to take care of," Yaga added.
"Got it, sensei. But where are you going? I can just teleport you there instantly if you give me a general location," Akira offered.
"No need, Akira," Yaga declined. He didn't want the higher-ups to learn about Akira's abilities. They would never allow another Gojo Satoru to exist.
"Alright then," Akira replied before teleporting away with Shoko.
Yaga watched them disappear, then sighed.
"Just like Gojo, his personality is terrible… but he's a good student," Yaga muttered.
Meanwhile, back in the Kamui Dimension—
"Satoru, you seriously have no way out of here?" Geto asked, looking at Gojo.
"Nope. My Limitless Cursed Technique allows for teleportation and manipulation at a molecular level, but this space is ridiculously stable. It's vast and structured like a complete world—almost like our own," Gojo admitted, his usual arrogance absent.
"Ugh… so what do we do?" Geto sighed.
"Do you have any curses that can manipulate space?" Gojo asked.
"Even if such a curse exists, do you really think something I can control would be strong enough to break open a space that even you can't?" Geto shot back, giving Gojo a look that screamed 'Are you an idiot?'
"Hey, hey, my technique isn't purely a space-based ability either, alright?" Gojo defended himself.
"Forget it. Let's just wait until that bastard decides to let us out," Geto said, lying down on a nearby rock.
"Damn it… That MF!" Gojo cursed under his breath.
