Many centuries ago, Jigen was a novice monk who happened to come across an Isshiki on the verge of death. As a monk, he decided to help him and take him with him to a place where he could heal his wounds, unfortunately, that action cut short his destiny.
Isshiki subdued him and shrunk his size, entering his body through his ear. He lived in him while absorbing his nutrients and over time, Isshiki was able to take control of Jigen's brain and therefore, his entire body, granting him Karma so he could resurrect in his true form.
However, Jigen's body was not strong enough to withstand it and be able to revive, and Jigen, still alive somewhere, lived in constant suffering every time Isshiki used his powers using his body as a medium.
Now, in the middle of the battlefield, as Isshiki grunted in pain in the middle of a huge hole, the real Jigen, in a moment of lucidity, began to let his tears fall from the pain he had been feeling throughout the fight.
Isshiki, ignoring the tears falling from his face, stopped grunting and let out a macabre laugh.
"You're so pathetic..." he mocked him.
"Actually, the pathetic one is you, Isshiki." Kaguya appeared in front of him, pointing at him with her palm. "Kinrin Tensei Baku" she muttered.
The Truth-Seeking Spheres aligned and merged into one, then expanded and all the Chakra created a huge golden sword.
Jigen's body was cut in half, but the technique continued far beyond, cutting the uninhabited planet they were on in half.
Although there was no need to use such a destructive attack like this on someone who was already on the verge of death, she wanted Isshiki to know that he couldn't have defeated her even with his full power.

Isshiki has zigzag patterned hair, with a long horn protruding from the left side of his head to the right side. As a member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, at least his left eye is white, even when he doesn't have his Byakugan active and no eyebrows on it; While on his right eye, he has a Dōjutsu with a wheel-shaped pattern and an eyebrow that is shaped like yellow scales. On his chest he has a series of six tomoes along with a large black dot. His chin also has a scale-like appearance.
His attire consists of a long, high-collared tunic with vertical stripes on the front and dark sleeves that split into two. The tunic is adorned with eight tomoes at least on the right arm, as well as seven tomoes along with a large black dot in the center of the back, identical to the design he has on his chest. He wears dark pants.
Isshiki opened a portal and tried to escape without wasting time. It was then that Kaguya activated her Senrigan to not lose sight of him at any time and to be able to follow him without complications.
At the same time that Isshiki entered the portal, she also entered a portal of her own, appearing in front of him.
Isshiki's scaly eyebrow twitched as Kaguya managed to follow him, immediately entering another portal, when he arrived at another distant planet, Kaguya was already waiting for him.

Isshiki is normally a very polite and respectful person, although he is also a cold person, without scruples or remorse. But upon noticing that he had absorbed Shibai, the Ōtsutsuki considered a god among the Ōtsutsuki themselves, he was shocked beyond belief.
"Now I understand why I couldn't escape from you, you could see me at all times. That's the power of the Senrigan, similar to Omniscience."
Isshiki paled as he realized something even more terrifying.

After absorbing Shibai Ōtsutsuki, the God Ōtsutsuki, she not only obtained Senrigan, she also obtained his Shinjutsu, a divine technique, nicknamed Omnipotence.
Omnipotence is considered the most powerful divine technique within the divine techniques themselves, it is described as a programming language that is said to have been used by the gods to create worlds, being the will to make anything real.

"I'm sorry Isshiki, but this is the end for you. Even if you manage to defeat me, which is unlikely, you would only have 20 hours left to live without a proper vessel, you wouldn't be able to find a receptacle for Karma in that time."
"Damn it…" Isshiki snapped out of his daze as he felt his body becoming paralyzed, being drained little by little.
"Don't try, you won't be able to escape even if you do. Accept your fate Isshiki." His body began to slowly fade away, transforming into Chakra.
"Damn it, Kaguya, this wasn't our mission!" Isshiki screamed before his body completely disappeared, transforming into an artificial Chakra Fruit, or Red Earth.
He didn't even put up any resistance. Perhaps, subconsciously, Isshiki gave up. Knowing that he couldn't defeat her.
"I don't care, all that matters is that you're dead and I'm still standing," I muttered, turning around to find Hashirama, Naruto, Sasuke, and Delta standing several meters away, watching them.
