Chapter 5: The Rise of Cybertron

The ruins of Cybertron stretched endlessly before Nitron as he stood atop the remnants of an ancient Autobot command tower. This world, once the heart of mechanical life, had fallen into silence, a graveyard of forgotten warriors and lost civilizations.

But today, that silence would end.

Nitron had summoned them—the survivors, the warriors who still carried the spark of Cybertron within them. Some had answered eagerly. Others had arrived out of curiosity. And a few had come ready to challenge his rule.

He could feel their presence, scattered across the broken landscape. Watching. Waiting.

Then, the first figure emerged.

A towering Cybertronian wreathed in crimson and shadow, his Decepticon insignia still etched proudly into his armor. His voice was deep and mechanical, carrying both authority and menace.

> "You claim to be our leader, yet you are no Prime."

Tarn.

Behind him, more figures appeared.

Jetfire, the former Autobot scientist, his optics calculating as he analyzed Nitron's energy signature.

Soundwave, silent and unreadable, his visor flashing as he scanned the surroundings.

Grimlock, towering over the rest, his massive claws digging into the metal ground.

Predaking, the monstrous Cybertronian dragon, his optics filled with barely contained rage.

This was not just a gathering. It was a test.

The Trial of Strength

Predaking stepped forward, his titanic form casting a shadow over Nitron. His optics burned with primal fury, his massive wings folding as he loomed over the would-be leader of Cybertron.

> "You call yourself the bridge between Primus and Unicron?" Predaking growled. "I see only a pretender. Let's see if you are worthy."

Nitron met the dragon's gaze. He had expected this. Cybertronians did not follow words—they followed power.

> "Then fight me."

A deep snarl ripped from Predaking's throat as his massive form charged forward, his claws glowing with energy. The impact was instantaneous, a shockwave of force tearing through the ruins as Nitron was sent skidding backward, his armor groaning under the pressure.

But he wasn't done.

Nitron activated his thrusters, launching himself toward Predaking, his blade materializing in his hand—forged from the energies of both Primus and Unicron.

Predaking unleashed a blast of fire, the molten flames roaring toward Nitron. He dodged mid-air, twisting his body before slamming his blade against Predaking's armored scales. Sparks erupted, but the dragon barely flinched.

> "Your blade is strong," Predaking rumbled, "but you are not a warrior yet."

With a single swing of his massive tail, Predaking sent Nitron crashing into the ruins, the metal beneath him shattering on impact.

Silence fell over the gathered Cybertronians.

Tarn folded his arms. "If he does not rise, he is not worthy."

But Nitron was not finished.

Nitron Unleashed

The dust parted, revealing Nitron standing once more. But this time, his optics burned with something deeper. He could feel it—the power of Unicron stirring within him, battling against Primus's influence.

And he let it loose.

His armor shifted, glowing with dark crimson and golden light as he activated his full combat form.

> "You mistake patience for weakness, Predaking."

He vanished—a burst of speed that even Jetfire couldn't track. In a split second, he was above Predaking, his blade crackling with energy as he brought it down with all his might.

Predaking roared in pain, for the first time stumbling backward, a deep gash glowing across his armor.

Nitron didn't stop. He moved like a storm, his strikes raining down with precision, each blow carrying the raw essence of destruction and creation.

Predaking snapped his jaws, attempting to crush him—but Nitron was faster. He gripped the dragon's horns, using his momentum to flip over his back, before plunging his blade deep into Predaking's spine.

A deafening roar of agony filled the battlefield.

And then, silence.

Predaking collapsed, his wings twitching. Not dead. But defeated.

The Cybertronians watched in stunned silence.

Grimlock grinned, his optics gleaming with something almost like approval. "Hah! Finally, someone worth following!"

Soundwave tilted his head. "Conclusion: Leadership confirmed."

Tarn nodded, stepping forward. "Then we follow you, Nitron."

The First Council of Cybertron

As the new ruler of Cybertron, Nitron gathered his warriors, creating the Council of Primes. But their next step was clear:

Cybertron needed power.

Jetfire led expeditions to scavenge materials—Vibranium, Uru, and Celestial tech.

Tarn and Grimlock built an army, training warriors who would fight for Cybertron's rebirth.

Nitron himself set out to claim something even greater—one of the Infinity Stones.

The Battle for the Power Stone

Nitron arrived on Xandar, where the Nova Corps safeguarded the Power Stone.

But he wasn't the only one after it.

A massive Kree warship descended from the sky, its cannons obliterating Xandarian defenses. And at the center of the chaos stood Ronan the Accuser, his hammer crackling with cosmic energy.

Nitron's optics narrowed.

> "That stone belongs to me."

Ronan turned, amusement flickering in his gaze.

> "A Cybertronian? I expected Thanos. No matter. You will fall like the rest."

The battle began.

Ronan struck first, his hammer unleashing a shockwave of destruction. Nitron dodged mid-air, his thrusters firing as he closed the distance, his blade clashing against Ronan's weapon.

The impact sent a massive shockwave through Xandar.

Ronan swung again, his hammer colliding with Nitron's chest, sending him crashing into a building. But Nitron absorbed the impact, his armor adapting to the energy.

> "You're strong, Ronan. But not strong enough."

Nitron unleashed a counterattack, his Unicron-forged blade slicing through Ronan's defenses, driving him back.

Then, in one final decisive move, Nitron seized the Power Stone, absorbing its energy into his Cybertronian core.

His armor pulsed, his power surging beyond limits.

Ronan staggered, his eyes widening in shock and horror.

"What… are you?"

Nitron stepped forward, his optics glowing with cosmic power.

> "I am the one who will reshape this universe."

With the Power Stone in his grasp, and Cybertron rising once more, Nitron's conquest of the Marvel Universe had truly begun.

And soon, not even the gods would stand in his way.
