Chapter 8: The Wrath of the Thunder God

A Storm Unleashed

Lightning crackled in the air as Thor spun Mjolnir, the sheer force sending tremors through the golden halls of Asgard. Across from him, Nitron stood tall, his optics gleaming with a mix of determination and raw power.

> "You are strong," Thor admitted, his voice booming. "But strength alone will not save you from the might of a god!"

Without hesitation, Thor charged, Mjolnir burning with divine energy. He brought the hammer down in an arc, aiming to crush Nitron into the golden floor.

But Nitron was faster.

Activating his thrusters, he dodged sideways, the impact of Mjolnir's strike sending a shockwave that shattered the floor beneath them.

Nitron retaliated with a devastating plasma burst, the energy roaring toward the Thunder God.

Thor raised Mjolnir, summoning a shield of pure lightning, absorbing the attack with ease.

Then, with godlike speed, Thor was upon him—

He swung Mjolnir with earth-shattering force, aiming for Nitron's head.

Nitron blocked with his Unicron-forged blade, the impact creating a massive shockwave that shook the entire palace.

The Power of a Cybertronian God

Nitron pushed back, his servos groaning under the strain. But he had something Thor didn't expect—

A second blade—forged from the very essence of Primus.

With a swift motion, Nitron unleashed the second sword, slashing at Thor's exposed side. The blade cut through his armor, sending the Thunder God staggering backward.

> "Not bad," Nitron smirked. "But I'm just getting started."

Thor gritted his teeth, gripping Mjolnir tighter.

He raised his free hand, summoning a massive bolt of lightning from the sky above.

The energy converged into a single, purely destructive force, and with one mighty throw, Thor hurled Mjolnir—the hammer now a comet of divine power.

Mjolnir vs. Nitron

The moment Mjolnir left Thor's hand, Nitron analyzed its trajectory.

> "A weapon that returns to its master…" Nitron mused. "Let's see if I can change that."

Channeling Unicron's power, he created a gravitational field, attempting to disrupt the hammer's path.

Mjolnir wavered for a moment, caught in the gravitational pull—but it resisted, fighting against Nitron's control.

The divine magic of the hammer was too powerful to fully restrain.

Instead of stopping it, Nitron redirected it—sending it crashing through a nearby wall, missing him by inches.

> "Impossible!" Thor's eyes widened. "No one commands Mjolnir!"

Nitron laughed.

> "I didn't command it," he said. "I simply gave it a new direction."

Thor growled, summoning the hammer back, but Nitron didn't give him the chance.

Cybertronian Might Unleashed

With a burst of speed, Nitron closed the distance, delivering a powerful uppercut to Thor's jaw. The Thunder God stumbled, but recovered instantly—grabbing Nitron's arm and using his godlike strength to slam him into the golden floor.

The impact created a crater, sending cracks through the palace.

Nitron gritted his teeth, systems recalibrating as he pushed back against Thor's grip.

With a powerful energy surge, he blasted Thor away, sending the god crashing through a marble pillar.

For a moment, the two stared at each other, both recognizing the other's raw power.

Then, before either could strike again—

The palace doors burst open.

Odin's Judgment

> "ENOUGH!"

The All-Father's voice boomed through the halls, a wave of immense power crashing over both combatants.

Thor and Nitron froze, feeling the sheer weight of Odin's presence as the king of Asgard descended from his throne room.

Odin's single eye burned with authority, his golden staff crackling with All-Father energy.

> "You dare bring war to my realm?" he asked, his voice cold as the void of space.

Nitron straightened, unfazed.

> "I came not for war, but for knowledge," he stated. "And power."

> "Power?" Odin's gaze darkened. "Do you believe yourself worthy of Asgard's treasures?"

Nitron met the god-king's stare without fear.

> "I do."

A tense silence filled the air.

Then, Odin raised his staff, and the very fabric of reality shifted—

And Nitron felt a force unlike anything he had encountered before begin to pull at his very existence.
