Chapter 1 - The lost Truth

Jack Walker never imagined that today would change his life forever. He was just an ordinary young man, living in a high-tech city apartment with his mother and father. Jack's parents were renowned scientists, specializing in the study of gravity and material manipulation. They had received countless awards but lived a modest life, never flaunting their achievements. Jack had always known that his parents were not only driven by a passion for science, but also by a greater goal—solving the world's energy crisis and creating a world that no longer relied on external power sources. But all of that changed that night.Jack stood by the window, gazing out at the neon-lit skyline of Future City. The world outside continued to hum with life, as if nothing had changed. But in his heart, everything had already shattered."I'm sorry, Jack... we did everything we could," the voice on the phone was low and calm, as if already preparing for the inevitable."My parents... how could they die in a car accident? They... they were fine just a few hours ago," Jack's voice cracked, but he pressed on, trying to find some explanation. "Is there any clue? Anything unusual?""I understand you're upset, Jack. But based on all the evidence, it looks like just an accident—a loss of control and a crash," the officer's voice remained steady, emotionless. "We haven't found anything suspicious."But Jack didn't believe it was just an accident. His parents had always warned him that the world of technology was more complex—and dangerous—than he could ever imagine. Especially the gravity manipulation research they were involved in. A technology capable of reshaping the very way humanity lived. Anyone involved in such a breakthrough would inevitably be caught up in a dangerous game."I don't believe it!" Jack gripped the phone tighter, nearly throwing it across the room. "You must be missing something! This wasn't an accident!"After hanging up, Jack threw the phone onto the table, his eyes filled with a new determination. His parents' deaths were no coincidence. He knew, deep down, someone was behind it all, but he didn't yet know who or why.His parents had always warned him that there were some things that should never be touched—secrets that should never be uncovered. But now, the truth had exploded into his face like a ticking time bomb. He had to find out the truth. He had to avenge his parents.
