Taiyi immortal realm
The Taiyi immortal realm was one of the most prosperous immortal realms in the cosmos, it's number of immortal emperors was unparalleled and the realms' providence was unmatched. Their only rivals were the other two great immortal realms. In one of the heavenly sects, the Heavenly fortune sect, a white haired exalt meditated silently. Even though he wasn't angry. Waves of pressure rolled of him, suffocating any beings in his surroundings. Suddenly his eyes snapped open, and the might rolling of him increased exponentially. He exclaimed, shocked and afraid
"I see catastrophe! Downfall of the heavenly dao. What is happening?" He delved into the heavenly rules, try to divine the cause of the sudden premonition of doom, however, he suddenly vomited blood, he seemed as if he had been hit by a great force.
Just as that happened, every inhabitant of the Taiyi immortal realm saw a brightly burning shining object hurtling toward their realm, it brought with it a suffocating pressure as it cruised the void at unfathomable speeds, crossing vast distances with seemingly no effort. Before long it was before their realm.
Those in the know the mighty immortals hoped that the mighty plane barrier would be able to resist it, however as if to mock their hope it proceeded to rip through the realm barrier as if it wasn't there.
It then hurtled into the realm, and with it came a suffocating sense of pressure. From the mightiest immortal emperor to the weakest ant, they felt it press down on them overbearingly. No one could resist. The immortal emperors were shocked, just what could this be, could this be something from that legendary place. In spite of their fear they felt excited, maybe this could be a chance for them.
Uncaring about their thoughts the object made to slip through into the realm, cruising through the atmosphere and slamming into the ground. As it passed through, it seemed to be ripping something from the very foundations of the entire immortal realm. The heavens were trembling, the earth was shaking, trees wilted and the ocean shuddered, all the birds in the sky fell to the ground and the heavens and earth were inverted, all living beings who could feel and understand felt as If something was being ripped from their very core and from the humblest mortal to the mightiest immortal emperor they felt a sense of profound sadness and loss. It continued unobstructed, drilling into it and leaving through the bottom of the realm. As abruptly as it had begun the heavenly signs disappeared and everything returned to normal, but to those in the know, they knew that everything was about to change, as their heavenly Dao had disappeared.
Lower Reams
The object cruised through the void, seeming without a target, but after an unknown amount of time, in an unknown cultivation planet, the unknown object smashed onto the ground. It had seemingly made the long journey from the immortal realm, slipping past the barrier between the immortal realms and the lower realms and landed onto this cultivation planet. Surprisingly it didn't penetrate the planet as it had done the immortal realm and the lower realm barrier. Instead its momentum seemed to reduce, it pierced the mountains it had landed on and it stopped underground after a while. It then lay dormant while inside itself, it appeared to be gestating a new life.
After an unknown period of time, there was a reaction around the mysterious object. It began to vibrate, arcs of unfathomably powerful energy rippling around, the situation continued for a while until a vast shockwave emitted from it followed by a bright pillar of rainbow light. However, before the pillar of light and the shockwave could manifest further they seemed to be suppressed by a more powerful force, even the heavenly signs that appeared to be brewing in celebration were summarily dispersed. The unknown object split open and inside it seemed to be breathing, living baby boy. The baby appeared to be about a month old, extremely hale and hearty, he had smooth skin and otherworldly cute features, on his forehead there was a bright Tian mark. There were ripples of energy coming off him but the unknown object seemed to have a heavy suppression effect on them. The object then split apart the earth and as if ordained by fate, came up to the surface on the side of the road where it then dissolved into the baby, resting in his soulspace and completely suppressing any energy waves coming off him.
Not long after, there was a disturbance in the horizon and a procession of carriages could be seen slowly approaching. In the lead were horsed guards who vigilantly kept an eye on the surroundings. At the front was a young, uniformed guard who seemed to be the head of the guards and as he approached, he noticed the baby laying by the roadside. He was surprised, not believing what he was witnessing.
"Halt" the head guard ordered. He then dismounted, vigilantly watching the surroundings and then carefully walked to the baby. He saw it was indeed a baby boy, lying peacefully on a bunch of leaves that seemed to be naturally crafted to hold him. The guard captain felt a dilemma creep up in him as this could be a ploy by malicious entities, it wasn't unheard of for some to shapeshift and deceive. Besides wasn't it too coincidental that the baby appeared here just as they were passing by.
He was contemplating running the child through, just in case, when he heard a commotion from behind him. He turned around prepared for the worst only to notice it was his Mistress, she was alighting from the lead carriage.
He hastily ran towards her,"Lady Lin, you shouldn't be alighting. It isn't safe and you're not well."
"It's okay, Captain Qin. What seems to be the problem?" The lady asked
"It seems to be an abandoned baby, or a disguised demon." Captain Qin answered hesitantly.
"I have some knowledge on demons. Let me see." The lady said and spotting the baby immediately started towards him. The captain was horrified and immediately tried to stop her but she gave him no mind and reached the baby. As soon as she saw him, she immediately noticed the mark on his forehead and a visible change appeared on her face, and she reached out a hand and caressed his little face.
"This is no demon, captain." She said softly as she caressed his little forehead, where a TIAN mark could be vaguely seen. She then turned to her maid, "Wei Lin. Fetch me a shawl."
The maid promptly rushed to the carriage and brought her one which she used to gently bundle the infant, giving extra care not to hurt him. On seeing this, the captain and the maid shared a worried look, but the madam paid them no attention. She attentively brought the infant, who in feeling himself getting moved, had opened his eyes, his clear and innocent eyes roving here and there. He then fixed his eyes on the madam, who brought her finger to caress his little face , the baby looked at her face and gave a happy smile, blowing little bubbles. The lady couldn't help but give him another wide smile, she then carried him to her carriage.
The captain on seeing this had no choice but to get on his horse. once again observing his surroundings, he gave the order for the procession to set off. The procession then once more continued on its journey, leaving the clearing silent, no one knowing the significance of what had occurred here and its impact on the cosmos.
