The Scent of Desire
One afternoon, during a particularly intense session, Coal's emotions overwhelmed him. He spoke of his love for Laura, the joy they'd shared, the agonizing pain of her loss. He reached out, his hand covering Lily's, a silent plea for comfort. Lily, startled by the physical contact, felt a jolt of electricity.
