Chapter One

Lilian couldn't help but notice her masterpiece, the extravagant and unique designs that eluded the ballroom. She was impressed by her professionalism. It was an engagement dinner party for a well known wealthy family and she just had to give in her best, seeing that different top caliber people would be present.

"A glass of champagne please." Lilian spoke to an usher as she stretched forth her hand to receive a glass of champagne.

She decided to interact with the guests of the party as they kept on commending her for her food work. Lilian felt like the star of the day but she kept on reminding herself she wasn't the owner of the show. The soon to be husband and wife should be.

Lilian didn't know the groom in person, she was assigned to do the decors by his personal secretary, Sonia.

Lilian was having a nice time at the party when the secretary called her aside "Mr Floyd seeks to see you."

Lilian couldn't believe her ears, she had heard of him on news, read about him in books but she never thought a day would come where she would get to see the billionaire in person. She was lost in thoughts then she hesitated "Where would I meet him please?" She asked the secretary as she directed her to where Mr Floyd was.

Lilian got to the room door, she started feeling chills run through her spine. She decided to knock and a deep voice from inside answered "You can come in."

She entered and she stood in shock by the door, she had never met a man so handsome, elegant looking, with eyes like his. He was just perfect in person and it kept Lilian staring.

"Come closer, why are you standing by the door and staring at me?"

Lilian was lost in words, she just moved closer and watched him speak. He acknowledged her for her excellent work and he was quite certain that the wedding decors are perfect as well which Lilian affirmed "Yes sir, they are."

"You can call me Floyd. What's your name?" He asked with a soft voice.

"I'm Lilian, nice to meet you in person."

He couldn't help but notice how sexy and good looking Lilian looked. He couldn't just get his eyes off her. He asked that she come sit beside him on bed while he told her things he knew she would love being a lady. The atmosphere in the room intensified every minute as he took a pause from talking, looking deeply into Lilian's eyes. Lilian tried to be extra careful knowing he was getting married the next day, she didn't want to sign herself up for an extra marital affair with him.

But as he gaze stayed firmly in her eyes, she could feel her resistance fading away. Floyd reached her for a deep kiss. A kiss that made Lilian crave for more. He could see the burning desires in her eyes. Floyd decides to run his hands through her thighs gently which she didn't refuse. 

He touched her passionately till he finally got her to the spot where he wanted her to be. He then worshiped her body and the romance became more intense before he decided to plunge into her while she wrapped her hands around his shoulders.

Lilian moaned while their bodies moved in perfect sync. They could hear the creaking sound of the bed and their heavy breathing to show how intense it was. Lilian got lost into the moment, and her senses overwhelmed by the pleasure she derived.

As they reached their climax, Lilian's eyes became locked into Floyd's eyes and she could see flames of passion burning in his eyes. She could tell he was probably having one of the best moments of his life.

And then, in a moment of pure ecstasy, they both came, their bodies relaxed and calmed down in a moment.

As they lay their back on the bed together, catching their breath, Lilian felt so satisfied, she had never felt this way in her entire life. 

Floyd smiled as he watched her relax "I own you" his eyes were fixed on her naked body like he just loved the desert he had and immediately Lilian's eyes were filled with sadness.

"I own you?" The words echoed afresh in her mind. She had a sense of regret that this was just a one-night stand and he was getting married by morning.

Lilian turned over and decided to sleep, the wedding was a big day also for her as a decor regardless of her team being present. 

"I guess you sleepy princess?" Floyd asked, with a soft voice.

"Yes I am." She lied as she pondered on what she had just done with Floyd.

Few hours passed and it was past 8 am in the morning, Floyd immediately woke up, got ready and rushed to the venue for the wedding ceremony.

"Oh my! I am late." Lilian exclaimed, noticing Floyd wasn't by her side and outside looked so bright.

She saw a note by the bed "Ensure to be at the wedding, you won't want people noticing you aren't here or rather that you didn't get to sleep early last night."

Lilian could find herself blushing while reading the message, Floyd had a good sense of humour and she loved it. But her face soon went cold as she began to ponder "What have I gotten myself into? What would happen if anyone finds out what happened last night with Floyd?"

She began to feel bitter and hurt around her actions, she felt like she shouldn't have allowed Floyd to have his way with her.

She finally got out of the bed and sneaked out of the room, to go get herself fixed and ready for the wedding.

She arrived at the wedding venue, trying to act all fine as she saw Floyd on the altar awaiting his bride. 

Floyd smiled, sighting Lilian, left the altar and walked up to her.

"Be my wife?"
