With a subtle smile, Ivanna clicked on another tab on her laptop, revealing a new set of numbers and charts. This time, it was her own company, I.C Enterprises, a business she had secretly founded and nurtured. Ivanna's eyes sparkled with pride as she gazed at the screen, her company's remarkable growth and success unfolding before her eyes.
I.C Enterprises was now the second-largest company in the industry, just behind Feng Corporation. Ivanna's heart swelled with a mix of emotions - pride, excitement, and a hint of mischief. She had kept her company a secret from everyone and it was thrilling to see it flourish and her company was not the only secret she held many of them , if she were to reveal them whole nation would tremble.
For a moment, Ivanna allowed herself to bask in the glory of her achievement, a sense of accomplishment and empowerment washing over her. She knew that she had proven herself, not just as a capable wife and partner(sigh ,Only if her husband was here) but as a shrewd businesswoman in her own right.
Her accomplishments were not only for her to show her husband but also her passion , her obsession, her revenge against those bullies who tried to ruin her already bad life to worse.
it was her husband who came as a light in her dark ruined life just so it could thrive to it's fullest now ,
But now she is ready, now she can speak, now she is strong and can fight for herself but he her greatest support is missing
Thinking so she drifted off into her past memories and recalled how she first met her hubby.
Ivanna's eyes drifted shut, and she let the memories wash over her.
She was back in the alleyway, the smell of garbage and decay filling her nostrils. The sound of laughter and taunts echoed off the walls.
She was 17 again, a senior high school student in her first year, with messy black hair and a smattering of freckles across her cheeks. Her clothes were tattered and worn, her shoes scuffed and dirty. Despite her rough appearance, there was an underlying sense of cleanliness about her, as if she had scrubbed herself raw in an attempt to wash away the dirt and grime of her difficult life. She wore a pair of thick, black-framed glasses perched on the end of her nose.
As she walked home from school, a group of kids had cornered her in the alleyway. There was a girl with long, red hair, her eyes gleaming with malice. A guy stood beside her, his face twisted into a cruel grin. And behind them, a tall, muscular boy with a commanding presence, his eyes cold and calculating.
"Hey, mute girl! Can't even talk!" the red-haired girl jeered. "What's wrong, cat got your tongue?" the guy chimed in.
The muscular boy stepped forward, his voice dripping with disdain. "Yeah, or are you just too stupid to speak?" he sneered. "You're such a freak! You ugly ,No wonder nobody likes you!"
The group closed in, their faces twisted with cruelty. Ivanna tried to stand her ground, but they shoved her, trying to beat her, and poured milk all over her clothes and hair. Her glasses fell to the ground, the lenses cracking on the hard pavement.
Just as all hope seemed lost, a tall, dark-haired boy appeared out of nowhere. He was strong and athletic, with broad shoulders and a powerful build. His eyes seemed to bore into the souls of the bullies, his gaze cold and unyielding. "Leave her alone," he growled, his voice low and menacing.
The bullies scattered, abandoning their cruel game. The boy turned to Ivanna, his expression unchanging, his eyes still cold. But as he looked at her, Ivanna sensed a flicker of warmth beneath his icy exterior.
