After obtaining the Knightly Skills, our protagonist began exploring the vast forest surrounding him. He soon realized how dangerous this new world was. The trees were unnaturally massive, and the distant echoes of wild beasts sent chills down his spine. His only weapon was a simple wooden stick he had picked up from the ground.

As he carefully moved forward, he noticed smoke rising from beyond the trees. Approaching cautiously, he found a group of knights sitting around a blazing fire. Their weapons seemed more advanced than what he had expected from a medieval world. Clearly, they were no ordinary travelers.
One of them, a large man with a gray beard, spoke in a loud voice:
"That damn beast… It destroyed an entire village this time. The king won't tolerate any more losses!"
Upon hearing the word "beast," the protagonist's heart began to race. Could they be talking about the Great Dragon?
Learning About the Dragon
He edged closer to listen, gathering crucial information:
The Great Dragon appeared only a few years ago, yet it had already destroyed half the kingdom.
No one had even managed to wound it, as it had impenetrable scales stronger than any known weapon.
The royal army had sent countless knights and warriors, but all had failed to defeat it.
Some believed that the dragon had loyal servants hidden within the kingdom, spreading chaos in its name.
Making a Decision
Realizing he couldn't defeat the dragon alone, the protagonist set his first goal: reach the kingdom, learn more about this world, and find a way to kill the beast.
But before he could move, he heard a sound behind him… He had been discovered!
"Who's there?!" one of the knights shouted, pointing a sword at him.
