"Wait a minute, that's still Matou family money. Does he really lend you that much money?"
Rin quickly snapped back to reality. No matter how much money Shinji had, it was still his family's money, and it had nothing to do with Kyouya.
"This involves a small detail. Since Shinji was into stock trading, I just reminded him that the stock market around 2008 wasn't looking too good and suggested avoiding the risks for a while."
Even someone like Kyouya, who didn't pay much attention to the news, knew about the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis.

The isolated Sesshōin Kiara clearly hadn't noticed what Kyouya was referring to earlier, but even if she did, she probably wouldn't care.
After a brief conversation, Kyouya finally learned that Kiara had left the mountains to seek treatment for an illness.
"Sorry, I didn't know about your condition. I won't disturb your recovery, then."
He immediately prepared to get up and leave. He would've been in big trouble if she had gotten sick while they were alone.
After all, there were no security cameras in Ryuudou Temple. If something really happened, he wouldn't be able to explain himself.

If "Demon Brain" and "Mind's Eye (True)" could be considered decent battle skills, then "Tear Mole of Love" seemed to be here just for comedic effect.
He was left speechless by this skill, and the fact that it affected both men and women made him wonder if the simulator was some kind of homo.
Unfortunately, the system couldn't hear Kyouya's complaints. The next script selection had already started.
