Seeing Old Li arrive in person, Su Ziping and Zhao Ya's expressions grew increasingly grim.
"Old Li, this matter has nothing to do with our Su family! If you're looking for someone, it should be Qin Fei! Our family has long wanted to kick him out!" Zhao Ya hurriedly pointed at Qin Fei.
Old Li ignored Zhao Ya and asked again, "Which one of you is Qin Fei?"
"I am," Qin Fei replied just as he was about to be pushed into the car.
Captain Zhang chuckled and said, "Old Li, you shouldn't have to bother with this little matter. I'll take him back for questioning and ensure he confesses!"
Old Li quickly stepped up to Qin Fei, grabbing his wrist with a somewhat excited expression. "I still need to trouble you, Young Qin, to save my life!"
"Grandpa, he didn't even cure his illness; how is this related to him?" Li Hang said, visibly displeased.
"Shut up!" Old Li glared at him before turning back to Qin Fei, smiling. "Young Qin, please don't hold it against me; my grandson doesn't know any better."
Qin Fei smiled and said, "Old Li, it's not that I don't want to help; you see, my hands are cuffed, so I'm truly unable to assist."
Upon hearing this, Old Li immediately turned his stern gaze toward Captain Zhang, saying, "Captain Zhang, what crime has Young Qin committed?"
Captain Zhang wasn't foolish; he understood Old Li's tone and how to respond.
He slapped his forehead and said, "I can't believe I mixed things up! My apologies, Mr. Qin."
"Then hurry and uncuff me!" Old Li said with a dark expression.
"Also my wife and my father-in-law," Qin Fei added, pointing.
Seeing this, Old Li walked over to speak with the anti-corruption officers, and soon after, Su Ziping was brought down from the car.
"Mr. Qin, could you please tell me what kind of illness I have?" Old Li asked with a sheepish smile.
Before Qin Fei could respond, Li Hang interjected, "My grandfather woke up at seven this morning, and the doctor said he's fine. I hope certain people aren't trying to use this to climb up to the Li family."
This remark was clearly directed at Qin Fei. Qin Fei remained silent as he stepped closer to Old Li, grabbing the collar of his shirt.
"What are you trying to do, you punk?!" Li Hang and Old Li's bodyguards' expressions changed dramatically.
Without saying a word, Qin Fei applied pressure, and with a tearing sound, he ripped open Old Li's shirt.
To everyone's shock, Old Li's chest had turned a deep black, with numerous dark spots covering it, sending chills down their spines.
However, what was astonishing was that the area over his left chest, where his heart was located, remained completely white.
"What is this?" Li Hang and Miss Li gasped in disbelief.
Old Li's expression turned to one of shame as he forced a smile. "Mr. Qin, please don't take offense. Due to my status, I truly didn't want anyone to see me like this."
Qin Fei replied, "No problem, Old Li. Please come with me inside."
"Alright, alright," Old Li nodded eagerly.
At the entrance, Qin Fei paused and turned, smiling, "Please wait here for a moment."
Li Hang looked uneasy, wanting to say something, but was abruptly interrupted by Old Li.
Once inside, Qin Fei had Old Li lie down on the bed.
He placed his hands on Old Li's chest and began to apply gentle pressure once more.
Old Li felt a wave of warmth wash over him, a deep sense of drowsiness quickly overtaking him, and before long, he fell asleep.
When he awakened again, Qin Fei was sitting on the sofa, watching television.
"You're awake?" Qin Fei remarked, rising with a smile.
He handed Old Li a mirror and said, "For now, you should avoid overexerting yourself. At your age, it's time to retire; money is something you can never pursue enough."
Old Li touched his arms, astonished.
Then he sat up excitedly, saying, "Young Qin, you're so young yet possess such remarkable skills. I, Li, am truly ashamed!"
Qin Fei sighed internally.
I've lived for over ten thousand years and faced countless failures; how could my mindset possibly compare to yours?
"Old Li, there's no need to be so polite."
Outside, Li Hang and Miss Li wore unfriendly expressions, while Captain Zhang and others remained.
Clearly, if something happened to Old Li, the Su family would suffer dire consequences.
"Miss Li, Young Master Li, this matter with Qin Fei has nothing to do with us," Zhao Ya said. She knew full well that Qin Fei was nothing but a useless waste; how could he possibly treat an illness?
Rather than this, it would be better to distance themselves from him as soon as possible.
Li Hang sneered, "Miss Zhao, don't worry. I, Li Hang, always distinguish between kindness and grievances. I'll repay any debts."
With that, Zhao Ya shivered slightly.
Not far away, Su Yu was anxiously watching the entrance of the Su family.
"Old Li, your organs are aging, and platelet aggregation can easily lead to insufficient blood supply to the carotid artery. Remember to rest well after returning," Qin Fei said as he walked out with Old Li.
The black spots on Old Li's body had disappeared, and the wrinkles on his skin even seemed to have softened, making him appear ten years younger.
Li Hang and Miss Li stared in shock.
"Thank you, Mr. Qin. What medication should I take?" Old Li inquired.
Qin Fei shrugged, smiling. "I'm not a doctor, so I don't know. Luckily, my wife is a well-known doctor nearby; you can ask her."
Old Li understood Qin Fei's implication and sighed. This young man was wise beyond his years and knew not to seek fame or gain. Such a mindset was something he couldn't compare to.
He quickly approached Su Yu, smiling, "Miss Su, could you please prescribe some medicine for me? This kindness from Young Qin will be remembered by the Li family."
Su Yu was taken aback. "Ah, Old Li, if you have time this afternoon, you can visit my clinic, and I'll give you a thorough check-up."
"Thank you, Miss Su!" Old Li replied.
After exchanging pleasantries with Qin Fei, he got into the car.
Li Hang nodded at Qin Fei, stepping forward to say, "Mr. Qin, thank you for saving my grandfather's life. If I've offended you in any way, please forgive me."
Although Li Hang's previous attitude had been poor, he was merely concerned about his grandfather being deceived. Qin Fei didn't hold it against him and replied with a smile, "If you want to thank someone, thank my wife. She taught me everything."
Li Hang nodded and turned to get into the car.
"I'm Li Shilan. If you have time in the future, please visit my Li family," Miss Li said, extending her hand with a smile.
Qin Fei shook her hand casually and nodded. "Sure, definitely."
Afterward, Li Shilan pulled out a business card from her bag and handed it to Qin Fei before leaving.
Not far away, the Su family members stood in shock.

Su Yu shot him a glare. "Mind your own business!"
She was very aware that Qin Fei was trying to help her. However, for so many years, she had been the one supporting the family, and the sudden reversal of roles was difficult for her to accept.
Zhao Ya and Su Ziping exchanged glances, surprised but not overly concerned. To them, Qin Fei's change seemed like a stroke of luck.

Once home, Qin Fei sat on the sofa, examining Li Shilan's business card. "Why is there nothing written here? Just a name and a phone number, with a note saying the phone and WeChat are the same. What does that mean?"
Su Yu frowned and walked over to snatch the card from his hand, tearing it into pieces and throwing it in the trash can.
"She was just being polite. What, do you really think you can use this opportunity to climb up the Li family tree?" Su Yu said irritably.
Qin Fei muttered, "That's hard to say; Miss Li seems quite sincere."
"Then go find her!" Su Yu snapped, turning and slamming the door behind her.
