As Nygoz closed his eyes and passed out once again Jazar picked him up and put him on his shoulder, in the next second he warped away into space and appeared in the camp, as he did Kyo and Lilith already waiting there worried, as soon as they caught glimpse of Nygoz, they rushed towards him as they got on their knees and locked down on him- "Is he going to be fine?" Said Kyo- "Yes, my healing current is highest amongst all gods, there is nothing i can't heal" Said Jazar- "Just how much of a monster did he have to be to defeat Sam" Said Kyo- "You know, i am impressed that you could sense his presence on the battlefield when he arrived to save you, you were knocked out weren't you?" Said Jazar- "I thought he was blabbing things when he said that Nygoz saved us but it was really true after all" Said LillithSuddenly another rift ripped in the air as Azrael and Sahaten stepped out of it, Azrael said:- "No luck with Sadan's location yet, he is good at hiding his presence" As they noticed Nygoz unconscious their expression got way more serious as Sahaten said:- "Who on earth was able to beat him up like that, was Sadan here?"- "No, it wasn't" Said Jazar- "Then who was it" Asked Azrael- "Lucifer" Replied Jazar- "I totally forgot about that bastard, did you kill him?" Said Sahaten- "No, he got away" Said Jazar in stressed tone- "Don't play dumb with us, he didn't get away, you let him go" Said Sahaten- "Listen we can not kill him yet, he might help us against Sadan" Said Jazar- "I don't want to hear it anymore, when he died in the original timeline you were depressed for years, i didn't even know gods could become depressed" Said Sahaten- "Jazar, this is what happens when you love some of your creatures more than others, so what if he is your personal creation, we have seen what happens when you give one too much power, they crave for more, now look what your excessive love did" Said Azrael- "I don't know about your god past and stuff but he is right with this one, Lucifer's strength is unimaginable, if we can somehow get him on our side he will be so much help against Sadan" Said Kyo- "You guys don't know as much about him as i do, the real Lucifer i loved and adored was a responsible and good leader to the entire afterlife, but all that changed the day Sadan attacked us, he saw all of his friends and fellow angels getting slaughtered in front of his eyes, the people he cared about the most, in our final battle when we all finally got together and faced Sadan, you probably remember that he stood in front of an angel and was about to kill him with his twisted way of overflowing and exploding a soul, when he was about to put his palm on the angels forehead i saved the angel and took it far away, that angel was Lucifer, when i took him to the safe place i promised him that we would win and we did but, damage on him was already done, after the battle, the afterlife was reduced to nothing but dust, all of the angels wiped out, it took millions of years for it to completely regenerate, seems like Lucifer had already made up his mind on the very first day, he decided to stop loving so he wouldn't get hurt of losing ones he loved, he decided that only he can take care of himself and he shouldn't rely on anybody else, that is why he stole the other demons soul and gained immense power to himself, so he would be able to protect himself, but having two sperate beings souls at the same time will mix the personalities too, he was corrupted with the soul of an evil demon and became a murderer that we know of, then he defeated and formed contract with Behemoth, creature of chaos and destruction that further corrupted his soul, he is nothing but a broken embodiment of forced evil" Said Jazar - "And what are we supposed to do, un-fuse him from the evil souls?" Said Kyo- "We just have to awaken his kind and good soul that has been buried deep all this time" Said Jazar- "And how do you plan on doing that" Said Kyo- "We will figure it out" said JazarSuddenly Nygoz opened his eyes as he sat up and looked around, as they caught glimpse of him everybody rushed to him and sat close to him- "Are you fine?" said Lilith- "Ya i guess" Said Nygoz- "Thanks for saving us Sam" Said Kyo- "So what happened to him?" Said Nygoz- "Lucifer got away" Said Jazar- "Lucifer? so that was him? i've read about him" Said Nygoz- "So how was he able to beat you, aren't you like able to show him illusions and kill him like that?" Said Kyo- "Apparently having two souls makes you able to resist my technique but he couldn't heal himself as he was doing it" Said Nygoz- "Oh that is a huge trouble" Said Kyo- "Why is that" Said Lilith- "Who else has two souls? think if you will" Said Kyo- "Oh shit, but Lucifer stole one soul didn't he? Both of his souls belong to Sadan, maybe if one is affected other will be too" Said Lilith- "No it will not, second soul is outside of the body and taking the illusions all on itself, as it cuts it's senses to rest of the body and other soul, but one mistake i did against Lucifer is that i showed him fake illusion of a pain from getting attacked and then attacked him for real a few seconds later, that way he was able to tell difference between illusions and reality, i must not do that against Sadan and just pray he doesn't figure it out" Said Nygoz- "Seems like you are starting to accept reality time to time, you would never admit that you would need to pray against Sadan earlier" Said Lilith- "Praying to who, us? even we have our limits as you see" Said Azrael- "This thing has been bugging me, if Sadan makes his body immortal by completing that ritual, he should be able to use his fullest potential in any body for a minute or so, why doesn't he revert the universe all the way? why do it in steps?" Said Kyo- "Either bodies have some different kind of limitation or he had something else to take care of on the way" Said AzraelSuddenly yet another rift ripped as portal opened, out of it jumped Ayame and Naomi panicking and sweating- "We got updates on Sadan, he has found a new body and he is heading towards here, he is ripping a rift to open up a portal in the void dimension, we have about 30 minutes until his ritual is complete" Said Naomi- "Ok guys, here is the plan, we stay hidden until Sadan begins the ritual, then we attack him so he loses control over ritual and the pond disappears without enhancing his body" Said Azrael- "What kind of body did he posses now, is he strong?" Said Kyo- "Very strong, leader of Jalat, it's a group of very capable criminals and fighters that go around terrorizing people, this leader is known for having the toughest body amongst all of humanity, at least of this era, it's logical Sadan would go for him, with body as tough and durable as his, he would be able to use up much more soul current without destroying the body than he could before" Said Ayame- "That is amazing, how did you find out all of this?" Said Kyo- "You underestimate the power of nature, i can see what all animals see across the world" Said Ayame- "So what is this guys technique? the body he possessed" Said Kyo- "Apparently he doesn't have one, and he is still strong enough to lead Jalat" Said Naomi - "I don't know if those are good news or bad news" Said Kyo- "He can't use duro outside of his original body right?" Said Naomi- "Ya that is right" Said Jazar- "EVERYBODY ON YOUR POSITION" Yelled out AzraelIn matter of seconds all soldiers got to their positions, working like professionals, using spells and rituals to suppress their soul current, some minutes later the rift ripped as portal emerged, out of the portal stepped Sadan, in his newfound body and his usual ominous and malevolent presence, as he did he stopped for a second, looked around and said:- "I know you are there, come out"The soldiers slowly started emerging from the covers and getting in fighting position, in a few seconds a huge army of over billion demons and angels emerged, as they finished arranging Sadan smiled with his iconic grin and said: - "Is that it? light work"In the next moment Sadan started charging up a cxyv in his hand, as soldiers started to get worried and begun to tremble, he suddenly cancelled the attack as all the energy vaporized away, he put his hand down and said:- "I change my mind, that is no fun now is it?"In the next second Sadan charged into the huge army as he started beating the soldiers to death, each little punch strong enough to shake the galaxy, body parts and guts of soldiers flying everywhere, suddenly Sadan got captured by a bubble of soul current, he swung his arm and broke out it immediately as he said: - "That is just so pathetic" - "Is it now? you've made contact with my soul current, now every time you look at my face you will lose your sense of reality and become completely vulnerable for us to end you" Said an angel soldier from the back with confident tone- "What face?" Said Sadan as he dashed towards the angel with insane speeds and grabbed him with his throat As the soldier was struggling and choking Sadan took his fingers and shoved them into his forehead as he gripped his hand and slowly started pulling his hand down as he ripped off the face of the angel as he said- "Such powerful technique yet such fool user, revealing the secrets of it like that"He threw now faceless and still alive angel away as he was struggling to stay alive, then he grabbed a demon nearby and snapped him in half as he ripped out his spine and pierced the faceless dying angel with it, as he was done he slowly turned his head back, covered in blood, one glance towards him frightened all the brave soldiers as they started running for their livesbut all for nothing, Sadan easily outsped them and killed them one by one with the most brutal ways possible, in exactly 21 milliseconds he wiped out the army of billion soldiers, as Sadan stood on the field full of bodies, out of the covers came out Kyo, Ayame, Lilith, Maonz, Naomi and Belliathan- "Let me go first guys, cover my back" said Belliathan- "You must be out of your damned mind" Said Lilith- "I will come with you" Said Maonz- "Ok fine, just you" Said BelliathanBefore anyone could say anything Maonz and Belliathan lunged towards Sadan, as they clashed Sadan easily blocked their attacks with a fingertip as he punched them and sent them flying, without wasting a second they regained their cool and started flying towards him, fierce blow after blow but without any progress as Sadan kept blocking all of them- "This is unbelievable, i just can not activate my technique on him, i gaze in his mind yet i see no fraction of fear, does this man fear nothing? how can such being even exist" Said Belliathan in his mindAs they kept clashing Maonz suddenly surged with energy as his hand started glowing yellow, as Sadan blocked his attack once again his hand stopped moving for some reason, taking an opportunity with the moment Belliathan put his hand on Sadan's face as he released his destructive cxyv which shook the ground, on the next second Both of them got blown away with a strong gust of wind as Sadan let out a huge ground shaking scream of frustration, his face slightly scratched- "Well all we really did is that we angered him" Said Belliathan- "Concentrate, we yet have to go all out" Said Maonz- "Should we get involved? i am worried" Said Ayame- "Seems like they have a plan, it's better not to get involved, we might ruin it" Said Lilith- "This guy has nearly bottomless soul current, we can never outlast him, we have to go all out right here right now, i will restrain him with my technique and hit him with all you got" Whispered Maonz to BelliathanWithout a second hesitation Belliathan started concentrating all of his soul current and started preforming chants to amplify his power, as Sadan was about to go for him Maonz said:- "Hold it there, you have got to go through me first, Imaginary canvas: Divine bind"Upon activation yellow glowing chains surrounded Maonz's body, in the next moment he dashed towards Sadan with insane speed, Sadan barley managed to react to the attack and move to the side as he said in his mind:- "I wasn't expecting that, his soul current has increased at least 1000 times"Maonz not wasting any time, immediately dashed towards Sadan, using chains as whips, each strike completely eradicating terrain around, Sadan now forced to go serious was dodging the chain whips by jumping around, as he landed on the ground he was caught by surprise as another chain emerged from the ground wrapped around his leg, as it did his movement was stopped, the chain covering his body further by wrapping around, as it completed whole wrap a seal was formed on Sadan as his body felt weird- "What is this, i can't output any more soul current, you know that this is grave despair, i will break free in no time, all you are doing is delaying the inevitable " Said Sadan- "NOW, BELLIATHAN" Yelled out maonzWithout wasting a second Belliathan aimed fully chant amplified cxyv towards restrained Sadan as he kept pouring more and more soul current into it, as he finally ran out he let go, the fierce beam eradicating everything on it's way, the blast taking down everything on the range followed with tremors, as it finally reached towards Sadan the sight was overwhelmed by a huge explosion and blinding light followed with eardrum bursting sounds, as the blast wave reached towards Kyo and others they fell over as Lilith said:- "This is much stronger than my attack against Lucifer earlier, my ears are bleeding and my head hurts, i think i got brain damage" Said Lilith with struggling voice- "Same here" Said KyoAs the smoke and dust cleared Belliathan all exhausted laying on the ground as Maonz was standing next to him on his single knee, also exhausted from the battle as his imaginary canvas got deactivated, on the other side of the dust silhouette of Sadan could be seen, still standing, as the steam from the heat finally went away his mangled face could been noticed, it was clear that he was this time really frustrated as he let out yet another ground shaking monstrous roar and yelled out:- "YOU LITTLE ANNOYING MANIFESTATIONS OF INSIGNIFICANCE, I WILL RIP OUT YOUR SPINES OUT OF YOUR THROATS" - "How much longer till the gods show up, how long does it take" Whispered Naomi to Lilith- "I don't know but they asked us to stall and buy time, let's go save them" Whispered back Lilith- "Their soul current is too strong, i can't teleport them without my canvas, we will have to grab them" Said NaomiWithout a second hesitation Kyo dashed towards and grabbed both of them as he brought them back in a blink of a second- "Impressive speed but that was dangerous" Said Lilith- "I've gotten much faster thanks to the fight with Lucifer, i should be fine, it's our time to jump in"On the other side Sadan, clearly still pissed started releasing more and more soul current out of frustration as Kyo and others took a deep breath and got into the fighting position.
