Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: TRANSMIGRATION

Finally, after eight years of hard work, Benjamín had finished his university medical degree. Moved by such an achievement, he decided to go out to a bar to celebrate with his friends. It was a night to enjoy, without imagining that it would be the last time he would see them.

The celebration got out of hand. Benjamín and his friends drank more than they should, so much that the bar owner ended up kicking them out for being too loud. Amidst laughter and stumbling, they said their goodbyes, heading to their homes. No one noticed they had forgotten someone.

In that city, in the north of Finland, winters were ruthless. It was common to hear stories of people who died after drinking too much, falling unconscious in the freezing streets. Benjamín, alone and exposed to the cold, didn't know that this night, his great celebration would turn into tragedy.

The cold began to consume him. He felt the frost biting his skin and numbing his body, until his hands turned black and rigid like stone. In his state of drunkenness, he couldn't process what was happening; he could barely distinguish what was real from what wasn't. Convinced that his mind was playing tricks on him, he staggered toward what he thought was his home. Step by step, his vision darkened, and the world around him disappeared. He never woke up.

However, the darkness didn't last forever. Suddenly, a bright light enveloped him. Benjamín, confused, tried to extend his hands toward it, but realized he couldn't move them freely. He felt strange, as if trapped in something warm and damp. Before he could understand what was happening, hands firmly grabbed him, pulling him toward the light.

"What the hell is happening?" he thought, as his vision remained blurry. "I swear I was celebrating with my friends... Why do I feel so small?" He looked at his hands with effort and noticed something alarming: they were tiny, like those of a newborn. Immediately, memories of his university training came to mind, attending births. "It can't be..." he murmured internally.

As he tried to process his situation, he heard unfamiliar voices. Three women were speaking in a language he fortunately recognized as Japanese, thanks to the courses he had taken at university. One of them, with tears in her eyes, seemed to be looking at him with deep affection. "She must be my mother," he thought, feeling a comforting warmth when he saw her.

"He's a boy, Mrs. Mebuki," said one of the women, who was probably a nurse. "And he seems very curious. It's not common for a newborn baby to not cry, just observing everything around him."

"Please, give him to me," asked the woman who seemed to be his mother, her voice tired but full of love. The nurse carefully handed the baby to her, and Benjamín, now in her arms, felt a sense of security he had never felt before.

Still, something kept unsettling him. He carefully observed the room, noticing details that didn't quite fit. The nurses wore simple uniforms, and the only medical equipment present was an outdated heart monitor, which reminded him of devices from the 19th century. "This doesn't make sense," he thought, frowning. "Where are the modern instruments? The monitoring equipment, the state-of-the-art devices I studied for years... None of this seems real."

While trying to calm his thoughts, he once again felt the warmth of the arms of the woman who was now his mother. "Without a doubt, this is my mother," he thought, letting himself be enveloped by that warmth. Despite the absurdity of the situation, a sense of calm washed over him. "It seems I've been reborn... or transmigrated...". Before sleep overtook him, he sighed in resignation: "Just now that I had finished my degree... But maybe, in this life, I'll have a family."

Mebuki, who was watching her son sleep in her arms, said: "My baby, you got your father's pink hair and my eyes. I'll call you Kiseki."

One of the nurses said: "What a lovely name, Mrs. Mebuki."

Meanwhile, in the waiting room of the Konoha hospital...

There was a man walking anxiously back and forth, muttering to himself: "Why is it taking so long? They told me the baby would be born by now, but I haven't heard anything. Is Mebuki and my son okay?" This man was none other than Kiseki's father, Kizashi Haruno.

Suddenly, he saw one of the medical ninjas who had helped take his wife to the delivery room and rushed to ask her about his son.

Kizashi said: "Ninja, how is my wife and my son?" with a concerned and anxious tone.

The medical ninja said: "First of all, NO RUNNING IN THE HOSPITAL. Second, come with me. Your son has been born," with a severe tone but kindness.

Kizashi said: "Sorry."

They walked to room 14 in the hospital's delivery area, and upon entering...

Kizashi saw his wife cradling a baby—his baby, his son—in her arms, and tears began to fall when he saw this beautiful sight. He had never felt so happy in his entire life.

Mebuki looked at him and said cheerfully: "What are you doing, crying? Come see your son."

Kizashi, wiping his tears, said: "I'm coming, love."

He walked over to where his wife and son were, watching as she opened her arms to show their son better.

Kizashi looked at him with eyes full of love and said: "He looks like me, but he'll be as handsome as his father," ending with a laugh.

Mebuki laughed and said: "Not totally," finishing with a smile, "He got my eyes."

Kizashi said happily: "Then he'll be even more handsome. After all, he's the fruit of our love. What did you name him, love?"

Mebuki said joyfully: "Yes, he's the fruit of our love. I named him Kiseki."

Kizashi was surprised and thought: "The name of my father..." He thought internally, "I never thought I'd hear that name again. I hope he doesn't have the same fate as my father." He sighed, not too happy with the name, but since his wife had chosen it, he decided to accept it. After all, she was his mother.

The two parents embraced, unaware that the pink crystal necklace Kizashi wore around his neck began to glow as he was near his son. No one noticed, even when Kizashi took his son and the pink crystal on his neck seemed to want to touch him.
