(Grand Master: Sequoia Sunrider's POV): My little padawan is growing up and learning to find his own path in this universe. However, the last council meeting after his mission with master Shan on Coruscant changed him and not in a good way. He seems conflicted about something. The worst part is Kew'ilaä is trying to hide his frustrations and he is not able to suppress his emotions.
I need to understand what happened and consult the other masters as we need to assist him on his road. I have a feeling that he will be important for the order and with his help we will be able to elevate the order to a new level.
I will first approach master Kiyoga as he knows him best. Master Kiyoga has been with Kew'ilaä since he was a baby and helped raise him. He might have some insights on my padawan and he might have consulted master Kiyoga on the matter.
(Master Kiyoga's POV): The grandmaster approached me with questions related to Kew'ilaä. We discussed his upbringing. I told her that he was exemplary and was mature for his age. He is a considerate child, who only tries to help his fellow initiates.
Afterwards we were talking about the last council meeting, where we both felt the frustration from the young padawan. I was not sure why he was frustrated, as the arguments that master Shan used were sound and he is the one that is most familiar with the dynamics on Coruscant. I believe that it has been one of the planets that he has dealt with for the last decade.
I suggested to the grand master that she might need to consult master Shan and the two initiates that are closest to Kew'ilaä: young Jaraen and young Kanitsae. Grandmaster Sunrider thanked me for my time and went to find the others.
(Master Shan's POV): I was surprised that the grand master of the order suddenly approached me. We rarely interacted outside of the council meetings. I felt nervous as it was out of character for the grandmaster to be interested in me.
The grandmaster asked me about the mission and what happened on Coruscant. I tried to recall if there were any loopholes in the stories and theories that I presented to the council. I think I managed to repeat them adequately. I felt ambushed by the grand master Sunrider and I tried to hide my embarrassment and frustration.
Grandmaster Sunrider just nodded and walked off.
*grinding teeth* Tchh this bitch I will get her off her high horse and take an inferior species padawan with her. She only dilutes our proud Jedi heritage by including those non-humans.
(Jaraen's POV): When I just arrived back from my assignment, I was approached by the respected grand master Sequoia Sunrider and I felt really nervous. She was one of the best duelists and I look up to her battle prowess and strategic mind. She asked me questions about my rival Kew'ilaä, which I found frustrating as everything is always about him.
I quickly lost interest in talking to her, but I still respectfully answered her questions. I told her that he is one of the best fighters and strategic minds I have seen. I boasted that I even defeated all my peers and some older Jedi knights in terms of sword fighting and strategy. However, not once did I beat Kew'ilaä. Other subjects were also easy for him and I never saw him struggle with problems throughout our time at the academy.
To my surprise she suddenly asked me "Why do you seem frustrated when talking about one of your friends?". I was not sure how to answer this question. I told her that I do not have a specific reason, but the whole world seems to revolve around him. To which she said "You are not wrong my child..".
I was just standing there in a daze after that response from the grand master. I didn't even notice that she left until after someone bumped into me.
(Kanitsae's POV): I am finally back home. I wanted to share my experience with my brothers and taste my older brothers' home cooked meals. As I jumped off the ship, I rushed through the temple halls, but I was stopped by the grandmaster.
*UGHHHH what does this old hag want... I thought*
Grand master Sequoia asked me "What was that?". And I quickly snapped out of my thoughts. I respectfully answered "How can I help you grand master Sunrider?". To which she answered "You do not have to pretend child, I sense your dislike of me from miles away, but I need you to answer a few questions related to your friend Kew'ilaä."
I was surprised and nervous, did she discover the experiments.. I quickly corrected her by saying "Not my F R I E N D, but my B R O T H E R do you get that or do I have to repeat it again!". To my surprise she just laughed and said "My bad little one, I did not think that you would get mad at something so small. You need to meditate more often little one"
We talked about lots of things related to my brother and even some things related to my other brother Jaraen. I told her that I respected both of my brothers, I believe that each of them have their positive and negative sides. She tried to hear me out, but I did not elaborate on it.
After a short while, the grandmaster noticed that she was not getting anywhere. So she told me that other things required her attention and that I should take my rest after my assignment.
Finally I get to visit my brothers. Without waiting another second, I ran off to my older brother's room. I was thinking about all the things that I wanted to tell my brothers and the questions I wanted to ask them. When I arrived I saw a scene that I was not expecting.....
