As the boy hearing the god Theos utter the words he stood frozen. The god seeing this grinned arrogantly and said with pride.
"Don't worry my child I know this is a huge responsibility but you are worthy of it, after all you are chozen by me"
As he said that the boy with a skeptical tone said
"How can I be sure you are not a demon trying to lure me in? After all I have never heard about the order of distruction"
The man laughed a little at the reaction of the boy and said.
"Don't worry my child I assure you I am not a demon after all I am the same god that slayed the mighty demon of hell flame Azmodious and as per why you have never heard of my order, it is because after the great holy war ended my power was no longer needed so I was gone"
The boy hearing that shocked now with a worry some tone asked.
"S-So you are saying there is going to be another holy war against demon?"
Theos hearing that with a nonshalant tone said.
"Probably not "
The boy now with angry tone asked
"THEN WHY WOULD YOU COME AGAIN OF YOUR ORIGNAL PURPOSE OF HIDING WAS BECAUSE YOUR POWER WAS NOT NEEDED?"
Theos again in a nonshalant tone said
"Mostly because I was bored, seeing how much the world had developed, I was curious about how much the same civilization I saved was able to thrive"
The boy then said
"Then the one you are looking for isn't probably me because all I do is stay in this village and clean the dungeon with my old man"
The god while smiling said
"Don't worry my child, you underestimate yourself . You are destined for greater things in life, you won't be a frog in the well so accept my offer and join my order as the first member"
The boy now interested by the offer said.
"Only in one condition though."
The god intrigued, asked the boy.
"What is the condition you ask for my child ?tell me I shall oblige if the condition is something that I can fill."
The boy without wasting a breath told.
"I don't want to go bald like my gramps I want a head full of hair , can you do it?"
Hearing the request the god laughed and said
"Of course my child, dont you worry you will leave a head full of hair till your death I assure you that for sure"
The boy with a smile then said
"Then I accept your offer, take good care of me"
The god with a happy smile then said with a joyful tone.
"Then let us make a pact, put your hand in my hand let the pact be mad"
As the boy put his hand in the large hand of the god, bright light shined through out the vast plain and as the light diminished the boy woke up from his slumber.
And as he looked at his hand there was a symbol imprinted on the back of his palm, red in colour. The symbol seemed to be of a crimson dragon hugging a shield and sword with picture of two mirrored horse in the shield and a dragon's skull in the sword imprinted with crimson accents.
While he was inspecting it his grand father suddenly burst the door and said
"Come on boy let's have breakfast I cooked your favourite fish sandwich for you"
After hearing it the boy muttered "Maybe I should runaway from this place, this old man will kill me with his inedible fish sandwich "
He then stood up and went to the kitchen where grand pa was already munching on the sandwich. The boy sighed and after sitting beside the grand pa started to eat the sandwich. While eating he looked at his old man and said with a serious tone.
"Pops, I was chosen by the order of war ."
After hearing that the grandpa stopped eating and said.
"Boy, if you don't want to work say so, don't say nonsense stuff like that, there is no order of war as far as I know."
"I am telling the truth here you can see the proof"
The boy said while showing the marking to his grand pa. After seeing the marking grand pa took the boys hand and started to rub very roughly on the marking to check wether it was relal or not. The boy starting to feel pain shouted.
"Damn, old man don't you trust me?, it's real as your balding head"
After the boy said those words a flying punch came from above to his head from the grandpa. Grand pa then scoffing said to the boy.
"Well I guess it's real, do what do you planing to do? Travel alone to see the world or what?"
Said grandpa while sadness being eminent in his words while looking down to the wooden floor. The boy hearing his grandpa's question said.
"I don't know, the god in my dreams didn't say anything about it, I guess he will say something about it later on when he come in my dream again."
But the god never came in his dream again leaving the questions and doubts of the boy unanswered.
After some days passed after the conversation between the grand pa and grandson . The boy noticed some things, when he entered the dungeons the markings glowed and after each time he entered the dungeon he grew more stronger both physically and intellectually.
And one day the holy knights of the church came searching for something or to be specific someone. As they came to the towns centre A paladin shouted
"DEAR CITIZENS OF NORTHEN WOODS, WE ARE HERE FROM THE HOLY CURCH AND ARE SEARCHING FOR A BOY WITH MARKING ON HIS LEFT HAND WITH BLACK HAIR SO ANY ONE MATCHING THE DESCRIPTION PLEASE COEM FORWARD WE WIL LSTAY HERE FOR TWO DAYS."
