Andrei leaned against the whitewashed wall of the hospital hallway, absentmindedly twirling a set of car keys around his fingers.
The sound of footsteps approaching caught his attention, and he turned his head to see Enzo walking towards him. Pushing off the wall, he stood upright and bowed his head slightly. "Master. Is Miss Adeline all right?"
Enzo let out a sigh, leaning his shoulder against the wall beside him and rubbing the back of his neck. "She's fine. How did you even get to us so fast?"
Andrei hesitated for a second, his eyes flickering briefly to the keys in his hand before he responded, "I followed you. Forgive me."
"You followed me? Why?"
Andrei shifted uncomfortably, choosing his words carefully in his mind before he spoke. "I saw you go down the elevator with Miss Adeline. You didn't say anything regarding where you two were headed, and... well, I got a bit worried."
