The Third Raikage continued, "The core of Lightning Chakra Body Forging lies in applying lightning-element chakra to the body. During training, ninjas first develop their physical endurance and chakra control, followed by nature transformation, enabling them to convert regular chakra into lightning chakra without the need for hand seals."
"Beginners start by generating a small current and applying it to localized areas of their surface skin. Once they acclimate to the intensity and refine their control, they extend the current across their entire body surface. Eventually, they learn to channel it deeper into their muscles and bones which demands even greater precision, and control"

Ron listened carefully, his mind filled with speculations about chakra and ninjas, and how chakra changed life forms. He pondered, "Originally, chakra came from Natural Energy… but where does Natural Energy come from?"
As he considered this question, he found part of the answer through his heightened senses, which allowed him to perceive Natural Energy and energies seeping out of everyone. He realized that Natural energy probably fundamentally originates from life itself whether from humans, animals, or plants. Anything living that possesses spirituality, and with it, life energies.
The entire ecosystem operates by absorbing and transforming energy. Trees take in sunlight and nutrients, while humans and other predators consume living beings, all contributing to the cycle of these living energy that fuels life activity. In some ways, this energy could be seen as the physical component necessary for generating chakra.
"If all living beings constantly release these energies into the world," Ron thought, "then through intermingling, accumulation, and interaction with the world, this must be what gives rise to Natural Energy."
"Is it like how in HxH world people release life force in the world?"
However, another thought emerged "had Natural Energy, after reaching a certain scale, grown independent of life itself? Had it become a fundamental force of the planet encompassing all energies, continuously expanding beyond its original creation?"
"If Natural energy is created from the interaction of all things and different living being's life energies, that explains its chaotic nature, and how even the Otsutsuki, needs the God tree, to process it."
"Probably the sacrificed Otsutsuki member and the God tree play the role of transforming that natural energy to suitable standards for usage, and when the Fruit is consumed, the user can use their spiritual energy to convert it to their chakra."
"The sacrificed Otsutsuki probably is the key to the transformation of suitable chakra, Ron thought, Natural energy's chaotic Nature comes from the fact that it comes from living energy that is affected by different spiritual beings/living things, thus the 10-tail is a simple monster, and only after further separation by the sage of six paths, forming the 9 tailed beasts can it become, rational beings capable of thoughts."
Despite his theories, Ron knew he could not be certain about the true origins of Natural Energy. His thoughts drifted to the Otsutsuki clan, beings who traveled across space in search of planets rich in Natural Energy. This led him to a classic paradox "Which came first?"
"Is it the presence of Natural Energy that leads to the birth of life on a planet? Or is it life itself that leads to the creation of Natural Energy?"
For now, Ron had no answer as he couldn't just find different planets to observe.
