Chapter 38 - Ch 38. Gyuki's realization & Holy lands

Next, Ron shared his insights about the Sage of Six Paths, the concept of chakra marks, and the Pure Land. However, he deliberately omitted any mention of the Otsutsuki or the Divine Tree.

His words left everyone stunned and even wary as it implied that the Sage of Six Paths was still alive, residing in seclusion within the Pure Land.

At that moment, the Third Raikage spoke up. "Even if it allows anyone to master chakra, it doesn't sit right with me that our chakra tends to dissipate without our control, and is still being used by someone else. Also, the pure land means that all Kumogakure shinobi remain within another's domain, even in death."

However, the one most shaken by this revelation was not anyone in there, but the Eight-Tails, Gyuki, sealed within Killer Bee. Since Bee was nearly a perfect Jinchuriki, Gyuki could clearly hear the conversation.

As a tailed beast, Gyuki had always known that he and other tailed beasts were born from the Ten-Tails. He was well aware of the Ten-Tails' ability to absorb them with ease. He also knew that the Sage of Six Paths was their creator and that it was he who had spread chakra across the world. Even the sealing techniques used today were inspired by Sage's son, Indra, and spread by him.

But this was the first time he had ever heard of chakra marks or that the Sage of Six Paths might still be alive, governing a domain of chakra. If Ron's speculation was true, then the implications were profound.

A troubling thought emerged in Gyuki's mind. "We tailed beasts can be easily absorbed by the Ten-Tails despite our resistance. Could it be because our chakra is also marked? We are chakra-born creatures, wielding vast reserves of it, and we can recover by absorbing natural energy. Did the old man create us as conduits for natural energy?"

He pondered further. "As fragments of the Ten-Tails, we can suppress natural energy and convert it into chakra… but in doing so, we also absorb the world's emotions hatred, resentment… Was that the Sage's design all along?"

Of course, Ron had already considered this. He believed that the existence of stronger life forms was closely tied to natural energy. In the three great holy lands, where natural energy was more concentrated, creatures far larger and more powerful than those in the outside world thrived.

He theorized that these beings could absorb natural energy with ease and remain in Sage Mode indefinitely because the environment was naturally attuned to them. This also explained why humans who trained in these lands often took on the physical traits of frogs or snakes, their bodies were adapting to the dominant form of natural energy in those regions.

But Ron had no intention of stopping at mere copying. He wanted to push beyond the limits of humanity itself. Creating an environment similar to the holy lands was one of his long-term goals. If possible, he envisioned a world where the entire planet thrived with abundant natural energy. Who knew what kind of changes that might bring?

Beyond that, Ron pondered the vast energy sources in the universe the sun, cosmic radiation, and more. If he could harness those energies, whether for technological advancements or to enhance natural energy, the possibilities would be limitless.

A stray thought crossed his mind. "In the world of Toriko, even the planet itself was alive, growing under the blessing of energy. What if something similar could happen here?"

That led him to another curiosity "The Dragon Vein. Could the planet itself be alive? If so, then the Land of Wind, with its possibly vast reserves of untapped energy resources, was more valuable than it seemed."

He smirked. "I need to find a way to make them hand over that land willingly."

However, for now, his focus remained on gathering knowledge. To achieve his vision, he needed to understand more about plants and the Divine Tree, to follow the ways of Otutsuki, it was something he could learn from, seeking ways to create life forms that could generate and spread natural energy throughout the world.

But before any of that, the most immediate step was to master sealing techniques from the Uzumaki Clan and learn as much ninjutsu as possible to grow stronger. It was also another direction with infinite possibilities.

Ron thought, "The chakra imprint was probably a very advanced form of sealing jutsu, can't wait to see what kind of inspiration I can get from the art that the Uzumaki clan dedicated their life to!."
