Shiro continued his life as usual.
He didn't carry a sword around the academy as he is still not a Ninja yet.
An orphan going around the village with a lethal weapon is not a good sign and he might even be targeted by the Uchiha police force if he does something stupid like that.
He walked towards the seat that he had taken yesterday.
Only to see a blonde boy sleeping while sitting in his seat.
"Who are you?" He asked.
But the boy didn't answer back.
"Hehehe. Ramen." He seems to be deep asleep.
"Don't talk to him. My parents said to me that he was a dangerous person." A boy who was sitting in front of him said to Shiro.
"Where did he even come from I don't remember seeing him yesterday?"
"He probably didn't show up since he felt too ashamed since he didn't have any parents."
"What?"
"Don't you know?"
"Ah right. You are late and missed the entrance ceremony. There is a small parent-teacher meeting on the first day at school."
"It's best if you don't get close to him. My parents warned me that he was a dangerous person."
"Mine told me about him too." another kid also supported him.
Shiro frowned. A dangerous person. Sitting in his seat.
Something like that should not be happening.
And if it is happening he is not going to ignore it and walk away while trying to find another seat.
"You," Shiro said as he slammed the table to make Naruto wake up.
But there was no response.
Everyone that was in the room's attention was drawn towards Shiro when he tried to wake Naruto up.
He didn't want to cause a huge scene and it did not seem like the person who was sleeping on his seat was waking up any time soon.
He took another seat that was empty while still being away from the blackboard.
He was not very pleased but he knew that he had to behave.
Especially since he was on a scholarship.
There is a chance that he will lose his qualification for the scholarship if he acts out too much.
After that, the class starts.
The instructor went over how to read difficult words, how to write them, maths, history and basic rules that ninjas have to follow.
Sasuke actively participated in the instructor's lectures by taking notes, answering his questions and asking about the things that he didn't know.
Because of that, the instructor's attention was solely focused on Sasuke allowing the other students to have an easier time.
Shiro didn't care about getting high scores in his class and getting more allowance so he stared at the boy named Naruto throughout the whole lecture.
"Ha." He sighed.
*****
After studying for two hours the bell rang as the lunch break started.
"Hey. Naruto. Wake up." A boy with a spiky ponytail and irritated expression said as he shook Naruto to wake him up.
"Huh. Shikamaru? Choji?" Naruto said as he got up.
"It's time to eat already." The fat boy who was munching on a bag of chips said to Naruto.
Naruto got up and went out to play with the two boys.
"Hey. Do you know that the white hair kid tried to wake you up during the class?" Shikamaru said to Naruto.
"Huh? For what?"
"You were sleeping on his seat."
"Huh? But no one told me anything about that seat being taken." Naruto said.
Shikamaru wanted to talk to Naruto about how other kids avoid him but he stopped at the last moment as he did not want to have an uncomfortable conversation.
"Hey." A boy who has a small white dog on his shoulder comes towards Naruto, Shikamaru and Choji.
His name was Kiba.
Naruto was avoided by many children but he was able to form friendships with other people that could be considered outcasts.
Nara Shikamaru is a genius who finds socializing a drag.
He is not hated by others but he actively avoids them as he finds them problematic.
Akimichi Choji is an unpopular kid who is made fun of by other kids because he is not good at a game called Ninja.
Ninja is a game that combines the aspects of hide and seek and tag.
Choji has trouble hiding and running because of his fat body.
Apart from Naruto himself, Choji is the biggest outcast among them.
Inuzuka Kiba was a troublemaker who was known for his arrogant personality and being a troublemaker.
He is avoided by others as he is not afraid to throw hands whenever he has an argument with other children.
"Where do you come from? I don't see you in today's class." Shikamaru asked Kiba.
"I was here the whole time. I don't want to go into class. I got a headage after listening to that failure's yapping about worthless crap yesterday." Kiba replied.
"Failure?"
The three boys were confused.
"I am talking about our instructor. I mean look at him. Despite being a Ninja for many years he is still a Chunin(Mid-class ninja)."
"Hey. You can't call a Ninja a loser." Naruto yelled at Kiba.
"I mean I heard another Ninja who is much younger than him becoming a Chunin. And I heard that person is joining Konoha Academy very soon."
"So you are saying It's only a matter of time before he gets replaced?" Shikamaru said to Kiba.
"How do you even know that?" Choji asked.
"I heard my sister and my mother talking about him at my house. I think his name might be Imano Iruka or something like that. I can't recall that exactly." Kiba said.
"A new teacher. This is going to be such a drag." Shikamaru said.
Despite being just six years old Shikamaru was insanely smart.
He knows that because of the paperwork that is required and the fact that they need to give their current instructor a face, the replacement might not take place until their first semester is over.
But he still finds it troublesome.
