After a long period of self-absorption, Light let himself sink into the armchair and gently embraced the slow snowfall that was falling on him. His gaze was filled with sadness, everything seemed to have gone wrong.
"Only 9...only 9 skill points...."
Light's shout to himself just burst out. He had only managed to gain 9 skill points from the remaining 45 orbs. Of these 9 points, 2 went to Agility, 1 to Dexterity and the remaining 6 to Strenght. The Strength stat seemed to have almost reached the superhuman zone, and it was possible to achieve this with 7 skill points from levelling up.
That's why Light didn't wait at all and then loaded exactly 4 skill points into his Strength stat, and then the huge pain he had been waiting for started to groan in his body.
He hadn't felt such pain even when his Agility stat had reached the superhuman level, and Dexterity hadn't caused him any pain at all, so why had Strenght brought him to the point of wishing to die?
