In the bright daylight, rain drizzle over the landscape, on the mountains, the leaves of trees and the blades of the grass. In this natural environment, lies a woman, sleeping graciously on the field of grass, dressed in blood soaked clothes.
She was like sleeping beauty, except for the bloody part.
"Hmm". She groaned. Slowly, she opens her eyelids to greet the shower that falls over her.
She stood up to sit on the meadow and held her head, the result of having a slight headache the moment she awakened. Esmeralda looks at her surroundings, still processing the fact that she just woke up.
Soon, memories of the previous night, the events that took place starts to flood into her brain. She jolts and frantically looks at her surroundings.
Though, she doesn't know the landscape of where she and Peter fell, she was certain that at least, Peter's vehicle as well as Peter himself, were to be close to her, but they were nowhere to be found; only her, the trees, grass and weird sounding animals in the foreground were all she could see.
What happened to her, and Peter after the accident, were they rescued? If so, why is she lying lonely in the middle of nowhere, why isn't she in the hospital.
Esmeralda gasps as she was puzzled, she's literally lost, she could only sit, looking confused. She looks at her body, if an accident of that magnitude took place, even if she were to survive, there's bound to be scars, if not deep wounds.
Looking and touching her entire body, there were no lacerations, no gashes, no cuts, not even scars. What sort of miracle transpired during her slumber and unconscious moments, has she been asleep for so long? But even still, there should have been scars to testify the event of the accident, however, there was none.
Then, it occurred to her, before closing her eyes for a deep sleep, she saw some kind of screen which wrote something like ' host, synchronization and transporting '.
'What was that?'. Lost in thought, she could see a blinking light in the air. She looked at it curiously, unsure of what it is, she laid down on the meadow.
Suddenly, the blinking light enlarged and became a pink colored screen that Esmeralda saw in her last memory.
"What?! What is this?". She jolts up.
Though she is not vast in the knowledge of fiction, she certainly have heard of genres with systems. Is that what is in front of her right now?! A god-damn system?
She was mesmerized and perplexed, she never believed such things exist, they all were just works of fiction, well, until now...
[ Name: Esmeralda Malthus... Age: 24... Gender: female... Energy: 100/100... Health: 100/100... Level: 0... Powers: none... Profession: none...].
"Whoa!". She exclaimed.
[ Ding! Welcome trainee Esmeralda to your training world...].
"Hmm, trainee? Training world, what's all this?". She inquired.
[Ding! Trainee Esmeralda, you among few others have been chosen to become a member of the "Interdimensional Assistants". You have been transported to a different world to get you trained on the job you will take on for the rest of your life...].
"Huh? Transport me to another world? As in I transmigrated, I'm a transmigrator?". Esmeralda asked very surprised.
[Ding... Yes, you were transmigrated to this universe just moment before your death, worry not, you are not dead, all your injuries have been healed, you are just in another universe...].
Esmeralda was speechless, again, she hears transmigration only in fiction and never thought of it to be anything real, however, now, she herself is a testament of such phenomenon.
She stared for a couple of seconds, then she asked:
"What is this Interdimensional Assistant you spoke of anyway".

"Oh, I get to help others, i see, but you said I get to do it for the rest of my life". Esmeralda said.
[ Yes, it is a job of an entire lifetime, you get to travel between different planes once you have completed a mission after another..]
"Eww, no thank you, that would restrict my freedom". She said.
[You are free to do whatever ever you like, your only job is to assist the said world deviate from their doom...]
"Hmm, I'll give it a trial... However, what about Peter, is he alive, is he okay? Did we both get transmigrated". Esmeralda said with hope.
[ I'm sorry, but that is beyond my scope of answers, my job as a system is to assist and guide you on how to become a full fledge member of the organization..]
Esmeralda was sad beyond compression, if only Peter hasn't followed her, if only she had refused his gesture, he probably would not had the accident. She went silent for a while, soon she regained her composure.
"Ok system, I'll do this, for Peter, tell me, what do I do ". She asked.

"Inventory". Esmeralda said. The interphase changed from her information to ten slots of space.

"Alright". She said.
[... If you require an information on something, lock your sight on the target, if your level permits, information of your target would be displayed...]
[Ding! Quest initiated... Find other trainees in this world... 0/3].
"A quest so soon! Find other trainees like me in this world, that's gonna be an hassle, at least I know I'm not the only one that got transmigrated here... Maybe Peter also..."
"Anyways, where am I, for some reason, I'm having an eerie feeling here, is there no human civilization around here?". She asked.
[ Reading maps... You are in Nauru island, Micronesia...].
"Micronesia? That's earth! Esmeralda exclaimed.

[ Let's give a little summary of this earth... About 25 years ago, meteors of astounding numbers crashed into different parts of the planet, creating disasters at their wake. However, these meteors were far from ordinary, they were filled with mystic radiations...
Unknown to man, they tried studying the meteors, however, things didn't go as planned. Soon, some plants, animals and man himself starts to mutate. The plants and animals morphed into unidentified lifeforms, some were gigantic, others were small but all possess powers.
Strangely, man's physical characteristics did not change, rather, only a few were gifted with abilities which they call The Awakens. The mutated plants and animals became terror to mankind, so it became the jobs of the awakened to eliminate and reduce the havoc caused by them.
Occasionally, gates would open from alternate realms, it is also the job of the awakened to stop it from causing destruction...]
"Oh, I see, that's why there was power amongst my information, I have a chance to become an awakened...". She said.

"Another quest! I have to do two quests at the same time?!". She asked.

"So basically, I'm going on a survival expedition, if it were Bear Grylls, he would have been thrilled ". Esmeralda wore a mask of smile but she was in no way glad about it.
