Chapter 15 - Cloud Cultivation Room

*ringggggg

The bell was ringing, indicating it was time for lunch.

"Alvin, 0.5 seconds is not the best a person can do. Keep it up on your training." Elias said as he looked at the timer.

"Understand teacher." Alvin nodded his head and said. Through these three months, he found out that Mr Elias had an accurate and deep knowledge of the cloud, especially about how a great cloud holder should be.

Alvin learned a lot of cloud knowledge, and monster knowledge from Mr Elias. Mr Elias could answer his question about the cloud easily.

Just as Alvin was thinking, a voice called out at him.

"Alvin, let's go. Time for lunch" Charles waved his hand and said.

Elias wasn't surprised when he saw Charles here. Every day, Charles and Alvin would go to lunch together.

"Alright, coming," Alvin said. Then he bid goodbye to Mr Elias, carried his backpack, and left the training room.

As usual, they found a table and had their dinner. The food at the canteen wasn't the best taste, but the nutrition in it was quite satisfying.

"Hey Alvin, today Ms Lily recommended a great book to us. One of the best storybooks about the cloud world." Charles said in an excited tone, as if he found a great treasure. Then, Charles showed Alvin the books.

Alvin took a quick glance at the book cover. It was a book named "The Legends of Ethan."

"What is it about?" Alvin asked. He was intrigued by Charles's emotions and curious about the storybook.

"Hehe, is a story of the legendary Ethan." Charles grinned mysteriously.

"Ethan was the strongest sword cloud holder in this world. Around 10 years old, Ethan reached level 60. At the age of 15, he reached the level 91. At the age of 20, he founded the strongest sector in the cloud world, The Daylight Order, aiming to protect everyone in this world. 3 years ago, he fought the strongest bad guys on the highest spire. Then, he went missing after the fight. Some said he was dead, some didn't believe he was dead. Yet, undeniably, he was the greatest cloud holder in 300 years." Charles said, admiring the legendary Ethan.

"Really? He is a genius." Alvin exclaimed. It was hard for him to believe someone could reach level 60 at the age of 10.

"He is. There were a lot of his stories in this book. His love story, his cloud holder journey and a lot more. It is a great book." Charles chuckled.

"Sounds interesting. Can you lend me the book once you finished?" Alvin sipped his drink and then said.

"Sure," Charles said, eating the last pieces of meat.

"Let's go." Seeing Charles finished his dinner, Alvin said. Although the break time was 1 hour, they finished their food in 20 minutes. Then, they left the canteen and headed to the cultivation room.

...

Soon, they reached the cultivation room. The cultivation room was a room that was built for students to do cultivation. The density of cloud energy in the room was 20% more than outside.

As usual, they entered the big cultivation room that could accommodate 10 people. No one was inside as most of the students was having lunch.

At the center of the room, there was a purple color, ancient wood box. It was a cloud device, called Rainbow Flower.

Alvin walked to the purple color box and activated it. He summoned his cloud and pointed it at the box. A white mist was flowing into the engraving line of the purple box.

*beepppps

"Activating Cloud Collection" was A very cute, cartoon sound from the box. The box slowly changed into a rainbow flower, attracting the cloud energy.

Hearing that, Alvin grinned and took a seat. After a few moments, the room was filled with a high-density cloud energy.

As of now, Alvin has reached cloud level 13 with his 4-star Phoenix Rebirth. Charles reached cloud level 11.

3 months ago, when they were a new student, Alvin was level 10 and Charles was level 7.

At that time, they didn't know the existence of this cultivation room. When they found out its function, this cultivation room became their favorite place.

At first, they thought that they needed around 4 months to achieve their current cloud level. Yet, with the help of this Cloud Energy Collector, they level up fast.

Sitting down on their seat, they started to do their magic cultivation.

1 hour later, the cultivation room was filled by other students as the lunchtime was up.

No exception, all of the students were from mage class because this week was their turn to use the cultivation room. For every month, Knight Class and Support Class would share the cultivation class for 2 weeks. The remaining 2 weeks were shared by the Mage Class and General Knowledge class.

...

While Charles and Alvin were doing their cultivation, a group of people passed by the cultivation room.

"Hey, isn't he the useless elementless?" A girl, Emily looked through the window and chuckled. Her voice was loud enough to be heard inside the room.

Emily was accompanied by 3 boys, which were James, Melvin, and Thomas.

"Ya, he is the useless elementless." Thomas took a glance at Alvin and said.

Due to the sorting ceremony on the first day of school, everyone knew that Alvin was an elementless cloud holder. Although He had a cloud level 10 awakening, others still considered him useless. This was because, without any element, the spell power was reduced by around 20 percent.

"So funny seeing him being hardworking. No matter how hard he works he won't be able to win a cloud holder with element. James could beat him easily" Thomas said.

"Don't be so harsh. Maybe he is genius but need some time to grow." Another boy, Melvin said in an irony tones.

"Hahahaha. Won't be. The only genius in the academy is my senior William. He was far from being a good cloud holder, let alone genius." Emily sneered.

"Ya, just a useless elementless." James sneered. James met Alvin at the sorting ceremony. James remembered how embarresing he felt when he showed off his cloud level 8 in front of Alvin, who got a cloud level 10.

"A useless elementless that wasn't shy on using the cultivation room." James continued and said with a disdainful expression.
